I shopped around at many different sites to compare trade-in prices and IWM beat them all, it wasn't even close actually. Fast service times, fast email responses and fair pricing system. I've used them twice for my company now and would recommend to others.

I have used this service so many times. I'm a tech freak and I have shiny object syndrome. I may have an object and then realize I didn't need it, it was just an impulse purchase. It is nice to see that you guys have a service that I can get a fair evaluation and have to deal with people trying to literally rob you or get over on you.

Not wanting to deal with the hassle of selling on an on-line auction site, I decided to sell me device on ItsWorthMore. Everthing went smoothly, I accepted their offer and they accepted my description of the device's condition. Really appreciate the printable label and the quick turnaround. Overall I am very satisfied.

They valued my computer at $226 but when it arrived there they said the frame was cracked to the point were internal parts were showing and they offered me $70. No way that frame was cracked because if it had been damaged to the degree they said, they would have offered me nothing for it.

This company did exactly what it said it would do. And the whole process was quick and seamless. I was paid quite a bit more than my mobile provider would allow as a "trade-in" My experience was excellent.

At first I was hesitant sending high quality gear to a company I had not had experience with. They handled everything just as I was hoping and I got the deal I was quoted. Very easy and I will definitely use them again.

Overall everything was described and stated well. What I don't like is to me it seems like the billing only does one round of payments a day. They should be more efficient in getting their payments out to their customers almost instantaneously once they approve their offer. I sent in three items in and the fiat one they messed up in the date so the wire was rejected: Once I called in and pointed out what happened this should have been corrected immediately. I had to call twice to get it corrected. Three days later I have received two of the three payments from my items sent in. This is too long not to have received the 3rd payment by now. Needs to be paid the day it is approved and not 24 to 48 hours after.

I filled out a quote for my old macbook on their website which came out to $150.8 days later, I got an email saying they'd give me $45! I requested a return and will be selling to another website. #itsworthless

The automated quote system made it very easy to choose IWM over other sites. They also offer more for products than many other places. They inspected and approved my product within 2 days of them receiving it, and I got my echeck the day after.

The selling experience was pretty great overall. I thought the offer price for my 2018 Mac Mini was a little low and probably wouldn't have sold it were it not for the "new user" bonus. I also think the turnaround time from when the received my package to when payment was made (just under a week) seemed a little long. But, when wanting a quick and easy sale instead of trying the "sell it myself" route, these are compromises worth making.

Overall, this was a great experience and I would definitely sell to IWM again should the need arise!

They quoted me $90.00 on my Apple PC with charger based on my description. But then when it arrived at their location and they evaluated it further and the offered dropped to $20.00. I asked them to re-evaluate the value and then they offered me $35.00. Other than the value issue, the process was easy.
