I sent them my 5th Gen iPad for which they initially offered $71.00. They received it on the 7/15 and came back with an offer today 7/27 of $11.00 claiming that the screen was cracked and the headphone jack did not function. This is BS as the item I sent was flawless and kept in a case the whole time I owned it. I sent them the iPad in its original box packed inside another box. I called them and and they said they would do a re-inspection. And it would take several days. I requested they send me a photo and told them this is wrong. Not happy.

Submitted what I was selling, receive a quick quote, accepted the offer, shipped the item, accepted their evaluation of the actual item, I okay it, they sent me a check - all within about two weeks or so. Easy peasy! I would definitely recommend them. Very fair and very organized.

Having had so many problems selling my electronics to online companies I first checked with the Better Business Bureau to see the rating of this company. It has an A so I decided to take a chance. I sold them a 2010 11" macbook air. It was in excellent condition but I rated it good as this is usually an issue should they find one slight scratch. The online process was easy, they offered $100 more than any other site. I was still leery but packed it up and sent it in. I was let know when they received it, the next day they said it was in better condition than I said and offered $25 more. I received the check within days. I highly recommend this company.

The quote was good, and I rated the phone as good but not great. There was only one small chip in the face at the bottom, there were no other scratches of any kind. So, once these guys received the iPhone they wanted to downgrade the phone and take off $50 because it had minor scratches. There were none, only the small chip. Because they sent the email wanting to know if I disagreed with their assessment and wanted it re-evaluated at 4:30 in the afternoon, (I had already left for the day). When I arrived the next morning, I replied to the email and wanted them to re-assess, but they just sent it back. Their evaluators were very far off on the assessment. The phone had been in a rubber case since new and had absolutely no scratches on it, just the one small chip.

So far so good, just want to see if the offer holds up before making a final judgement...and it did not, I used the example of good condition from their website my phone was in way better condition than the example. Instead of giving my the offer they said my phone was full of scratches on the screen and body and cut my offer in half...will not be using this service ever again

Offers are legitimately honest and fair. It is up to the seller to ensure accurate descriptions of items being sent so as to qualify for fair pricing. Sometimes it is only worth recycling and you have to accept that fact.

Itsworthmore has been the best place to sell my unsued electronics. They are accurate and always provide great care. In the past I had to reach out to customer service for a mistake I made and they were able to get everything fixed very quickly, I was impressed!

Too soon to ask me about this experience. Further, i have no way of checking the status of this transaction online. Also not really happy that you want my input on this situation when you have my phone and I have not been compensated yet.

I was very happy with the transaction. They acknowledged receipt of the item, agreed with my analysis of the condition of my phone and let me know, and I received payment quickly. Their offer was as good or better than other companies offered me.

I've bought used electronics in the past and I know what I expect when an item is said to be in good or excellent condition. I've read many other reviews of the company and based on their description of their items, I would not have found the item to be in good condition.

Horrible experience and shady practices. I sent in a brand new unactivated HTC 10 still with the factory wrap on it... I was quoted $400 which is way less then they are selling new. I was asked to take out the sd card and to send in the phone... after receiving the phone I'm told it can't be accepted as new because no charger was sent in which was never requested when the offer was made by itsworthmore... I was offered $325 after they wasted my time minus fees on a new $550 phone... I should have never wasted my time and sold it on craigslist... words can't describe what i think about these people.

The online process was easy. I'll check back on the payment process. Other vendors offered me a much lower rate, and I knew my technology was worth more. I found this site. Their estimate was higher, the process was simple, and I received my payment quickly. If you're on the fence, don't be, it works!
