Bought a laptop from Amazon refurbished site ( 90 day guarantee). It came in defective so it got returned. IWM said that there were parts missing out of it and charged a $200 restocking fee. Don't walk, Run from this company.

I sent iPhone 8 instead of iPhone 12 mini so that was stupid on my part. I bought the phone refurbished in very good condition. The offer got reduced to $30 with explanation of lots of scratches and not desirable condition to resell. I am busy building a company so I did not want to waste time over $30 +or-

Wrapped up the phone and mailed it in. Less than two weeks later received a check in the mail that was for six dollars more than they quoted me. You people gotta realize that your product that you are selling that you were so in love with is only worth so much on the resale market. I have sold cars, tools, and four different gliders, every time I found out the same thing about all of them, they are only worth as much as someone will pay you; Bottom line.

I am really impressed with the speed and comfort dealing with everyone there is fantastic. If the quote you got online they will let you if anything change and an opportunity to discuss or dispute. I like their honesty with all my trade ins.

I went to that kiosk that buys phones first. It wouldn't accept my Driver License, got an email later about the kiosk being out of order. But this place offered a good hundred more so. Worked out for the best.

It was easy, but it wasn't as straightforward as they claimed it would be. The computer was 2 years old but had literally only been turned on a few times (*we all know that's provable). Had battery and power cord and all the original packaging. The ItsWorthMore offer fell $140 without an explanation why. I deposited the check and wrote it off as an error in judgment on my part, but I absolutely won't deal with this company again.

I bought my fourth generation iPad brand new, unrefurbished, in an Apple store. I had it for many years with no damage sustained whatsoever, and never a need to have it repaired or altered in any way. After upgrading to a new iPad, I mailed my 4th gen in after getting a decent offer of $85 for it by this company. Once it was received they gave me some song & dance about finding some dust between the screen and the LCD, and reduced their offer to $15, claiming that it must have been altered or serviced in some way. What a total bait & switch scam-artist company! I advise you to avoid this company, unless you dont mind wasting your time and potentially having your device damaged in the back and forth shipping. (I immediately declined their pathetic offer and demanded to have it returned.) I also advised them that once I received and sold my unaltered iPad to a credible company, I would be sure to send them a copy of the transaction...

I sold an iphone 13 pro max to this company my phone was free from all scratches of any kind it also had a perfect screen no scratches and no dents or chips I even took pictures of phone before i sent it i spent the extra 25,00 for fast delivery and fast processing i also bought the insurance my quote was for over 640.00 for an iphone 13 pro max that was in mint conditions from the moment i bought it i had it in a very strong case and the best screen protector i checked it out *******% before selling it and they send me an email saying there was cracks on the screen and it had scratches everywhere and offered me 183.00 for i i said um what kind of scam are you running my phone had no damage what so ever and i even sent them pictures proving it dont use this company they are scammers

I recently wrote a bad review of these folks. I had sent them two phones that both had a small separation between the screen and the case that I had not noticed. The initial review by their technician made it sound much worse than it was and caused the sale price to be reduced. After I wrote the review and responded to their email a customer service rep looked at the phones again with a technician and they both agreed any defect was minor and could easily be repaired. I was later notified that not only did they make the repairs but also that increased their original estimate by $10. It nice to do business with a company that steps up to the plate and does the right thing.

From start to finish this was straight forward and easily understood. Communication via email was great as I always knew the status. I would use this company again should I have any other electronics to sell.

These other reviews have to be fake. This is a classic bait and switch tactic. Here's what will
Happen. You see they'll give you like $200 for a phone in great condition. You send it in. Then they'll tell you it's broken and only $75. (I know it's not broken because I had the entire phone screens replaced before I sent to them. Don't get scammed.

I'm so upset with this company. I sent myacbook Pro and they offered me $460. I paid for insurance and expedited shipping. They are offering me $20 now saying my laptop was cracked. I sent it out with no cracks. It was in great condition and now I lost over $400 and can't even sell my laptop to anyone else because it's broken now. Definitely frustrated and feel like I've been scammed. Be careful if you sell to them because you might get screwed like I did.

Good overall experience but the process took to long to get paid. Also, I was cheated on a spec of my computer. When they received it, they said it had a 250 Ethernet when it even said 1000 Ethernet on the box. I didn't fight because it was just a $25 difference in price. Whatever, just be aware that they will try to convince you your item isn't what you described to them on your initial price quote. Good luck

My computer was in better shape than described. It has always been in a case and didn't have a mark on it. They claim that after examination there were light scratches on screen and case (NOT TRUE) and the power cord was yellowed, not perfectly white. There had been no mention of the condition of the cord in the description. I had to spend $17.00 to mail the unit and then wit this $20 deduction I will lose $37 off the offer price. I will report this company to the government for mail fraud.
