I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IT IS A MISTAKE, THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOU REQUEST SEVERAL PHOTOS TO LATER DETERMINE YOUR VERDICT, WHAT DO THEY DO WITH THE PHOTOS THAT I ALREADY SENT THEM BEFORE THEY ERRONEOUSLY MARKED ME AS "FRAUD RISK" THE SUPPORT DOES NOT COLLABORATE EITHER, IT IS GARBAGE TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THAT
Yesterday, someone broke into my InstantGaming account and purchased €150 worth of codes. InstantGaming's support refused to compensate for the damage, even though it was entirely the site's fault. I can say that because my InstantGaming account was linked to my Google account, which neither sent any access alerts nor showed suspicious activity. PayPal (through which the payment was made), on the other hand, identified the transactions as fraudulent within 10 minutes and refunded me.
To add salt to the wound, the customer service responses were unhelpful and even condescending.
In conclusion, not only InstantGaming ultimately had to return me the €150, but they also lost a customer

Cheaper, yes. But I never received the code for the bonus content from The Sims 4 Life and Death Expansion Pack. And they had the gallstones to get snippy with me in customer support?! There is no support! And to think that I would consider partnership. Update: They did eventually give me the bonus code, but it's for the wrong platform! I play on Xbox and they gave me the bonus code for the PC version. As I stand by my statement. Instant Gaming is a TOTAL SCAM!

The headache is not worth the savings.
I bought a game from Instant Gaming just fine, and the product code worked. When attempting to make a second purchase, my credit card company deemed the site suspicious and locked my card. After making numerous phone calls and spending a half an hour of my time my card was finally unlocked. The next day I attempted to make the same purchase, only to receive the error "The product code you've entered is not valid."
I reached out to IG Support, who stated it was now their security team who deemed the transaction suspicious, at which point they requested a photo of my credit card and photo ID.
Under no circumstances am I, or any other sane person, going to submit a photo of my credit card and ID.
For these reasons I say it is a SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I bought a key from instant gaming not realizing it was it would direct me to another site to claim it. That site GOG showed my purchase as a "free gift" and therefore not returnable. When I tried to download the average size game it will take just over 12 hours. I tried to cancel to order it elsewhere. Instant gaming said once I activate the code they don't care. My point is I activated the code believing it was returnable.

I had high hopes for this website. After buying a CD key for Steam, I was told I need to send a photo of my ID for "verification". This was the first time a key shop asked me this and I've bought over 100 cd keys for Steam. Not instant at all. Support is slow and I've read it may take up to 6 hours to get my order, which is extremely frustrating.

Bought a code for a game on the Switch as a gift and when the person went to use it, it said the code had already been redeemed! When I contacted support, they suggest i reach out to Nintendo and have them tell me the day and time which the code was redeemed. Spoiler alert!: Nintendo will NOT provide you with this info. It is considered sensitive information! I spoke with 3 people and they all refused. When i let the customer service from Instant Gaming know, they said they cant do anything about it, that it is standard procedure for them... BUT how is it standard if that information is unttainable?! I understand they need proof, but if Nintendo doesnt provide that information then what am I or anyone else who gets swindled going to do? Im out my money and a gift for someone. There needs to be a better way to deal with this!

I had a problem with a key that was already used, but after a time they replaced the key with other working, meanwhile i bought there more 8 games and all went fine, i just recommend u to use paypal.
I bought them thru the app. Would be unfair to rate with 1 star when fix the problem and never had any kind of problem again, if i got any i will write it down here ;)
I bought some games there until the last game that didn't work, the key already used, I contact support, I sended the pics with the key and error, then they asked me to contact steam to have a screenshot of they re answer! This part they should do it them, they sold a used key, I showed them with pics and then I must lose time fixing it? Then after all screenshots and pics they still untrusting me and asking for more and more things... resuming, if it don't work u don't have support, you simply lost money, I want a place we're when thing don't work they fix it, not we're I have to lose lots of time trying to fix their mistake, whenever I would bug there a game from now one I would be thinking, will I have luk this time of not? Instant Gaming is a great place with many discounted games. I've bought some old and some newer ones because their prices were good. But sometimes when I'm waiting for a new game to be cheaper, the price is lower in other services earlier then on Instant Gaming and you need to remember about taxes...
I am really happy with Instant Gaming, but want to be totally honest about the pros and the cons!
I will start with the negatives, which is that VAT is added on top of the listed price, so it isn't quite as much of a saving as it first appears. I assume as the website operates in many counties all with separate taxation rules. Also, there is a fee to pay via PayPal, which is always my preferred method when shopping online for safety reasons. I also think that it needs to be made clearer about DLC downloads, this didn't affect me, but I have seen negative reviews about people less versed in the gaming world getting caught out.
That being said, my personal experience was really positive. I bought two DLC for less than one full price on Steam. The codes were instantly in my account and were super easy to add to Steam. They worked perfectly and I have some cool new stuff in my game. I will 100% use Instant Gaming again and am really happy with my purchases.
I'm using Instant Gaming for while. So far service is perfect without even single hitch. And only one time key didn't work, they asked a couple of screenshots for verification before refunding it. I advice everybody to go for it, and purchase normally overpriced keys at great discounts that are always available at Instant Gaming. Yeah, I'm that happy with the service.
Total scam. I bought a code from them. This one didn't work (code was already used according to the system) They are not willing to fix this, but send me to EA with a long list of requirements. They should dive into this themselves, but they park the effort with the customer. Can't reach EA. Of course this is wrong, lost money, no game
Ordered 15 games so far, all of them came instantly. Sometimes they ask for your ID next to the logo for security reasons but that's solved quickly and it comes with their apology for the time you had to wait. All they need is to see the name matches the name on the credit card so you can use Paint or something similar to hide the other info. Extremely professional, great prices, instant games. Highly recommended.
Me and my brother have been using instant gaming. I have not had any issues. I bought the sims 4 bundle off the site, choose a payment method. I used the skrill "guest" option. So because I was not registered on skrill it just charged an extra 66 cents. After I payed, no more than 30 seconds the cd key popped up. I went to origin an keyed it in, and it said it was successful. I waited for it to download which took about 20-40 minutes. I bought the bundle for Spa Day, Luxury Stuff, and Perfect Patio. Cost $26.57 plus skrill fee of 0.66 cents equal $27.23 I had total. After it was done, I noticed on their site a pop up showing when someone purchases an item and it updated and showed "last purchase of this item was 30 minutes ago". So it does show real-time.
Although I understand the need for a verification system, having to send ID can turn many customers the other way, not everyone is gonna trust a website with their information. I got my items in the end, but it was a hassle.
No issues at all with the service. Fantastic price, instant access and perfect Gameplay. I only recently found out about this site and am kicking myself I didn't know about it sooner.
