We purchased a list of Contacts for our company from IGD, however after a few days of vetting the contacts on our list we realized that 70% of the contacts we reached out too were not what we had paid for we asked for a refund, They assured us they would re-do our list and resend we gave them another chance and the same thing happened only this time we received less contacts then originally quoted. We asked for a portion of our money back as were not given the amount of contacts we we're originally quoted and they agreed and said that they send out there refunds quarterly and we would have to wait a few weeks. However it has been over 9 months now and still no refund and they will not return calls or emails and every time someone answers at there office and you explain why you are calling they hang up on you.

Do not use. They prefer wire payment transaction and delivered us a sample that was not at all relevant to what we asked for. 30% or more of the contacts were bad emails. When we complained and asked for a refund, they stated that there is no refund even if the contacts are not the business types you paid for.
