I completed numerous offers on inboxdollars and didn't get credit for 5 of them. They say it's the advertisers. Well if the advertisers won't credit your account, why do they have their offers on the site? It's just a rip off so they can get your info.
Joined InboxDollars in early January and was quick to reach $22 in just a few weeks considering I only do a few surveys every day. I don't fill out offers that require my credit card information. As soon as I reached $23, every single survey I tried to take automatically said I wasn't qualified. The threshold to be paid is $30. As soon as I got quicker to being paid, I couldn't make more money. I was disqualified from three different survey three times in a row - I follow the rules! I don't speed through the survey, give inaccurate answers, etc. Survey sites are not a get-rich quick scheme, but they do help people make money on the side who really need it. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY ARE ALL SCAMS including INBOX DOLLARS.

Not worth it! I did the work and made some money but didn't cash it out right away. Then one day I went to log in again and suddenly my account no longer exists in their system! Frauds!

It sounds like what may have occurred is that your account was inactive for a period of 6 months which after that time per our terms is "cleaned".
If a member has no activity on the account for 180 days the account is removed from the database.
We send out 'Inactivity Email reminders' to members at 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days and 150 days prior to the 180 day time where the account is removed.
InboxDollars actually wants the members account to remain active however, if a member doesn't respond to the email reminders the account is considered abandoned and then removed.

0.02 for paid email. You get rewarded for half of them. One of them said. Use inbox search engine for three searches get rewarded. I typed craigslist and a virus rolled in. My brand new iPad Air 2 locked up on me.
I did a few surveys. They ask you all these questions then in the end they say... sorry you don't qualify. I call it a scam. They get all the information they need then DQ you. You need $30 before the pay off and read other reviews... how many actually get paid and how many never got their credit. Don't waste your time on this one?

I can assure you we have thousands of members who use the search feature daily and it's powered by Yahoo so it is safe to use.
It is possible when you searched and then selected a result (From the list provided after searching that word/term) that it could be directly related to the site you selected and not related to the Search page itself.

InboxDollars is actually independent of all the links on our site as the surveys, offers, videos, and other features are provided by third party advertisers.
It is quite common, although frustrating to be trying to take a survey and be disqualified but when this occurs it means that the survey provider has already obtained all the responses they need from a certain demographic such as yours and no additional information is needed. They do not collect unsuccessful completions so members are paid when they successfully complete the survey.
We understand that our site is not for everyone but with several million members who have earned over 40 Million to date it does work for some but we are glad you tried it but we are sorry it was not a great experience for you!

I completed all their requirements and now that I was finally able to retrieve my $ 30 pay after months of login each day and not qualifying for their surveys, my account was terminated. NO WAY to contact their office only by mail and the person that assists in live chat, has no answers and supposedly sent my case to a manager that was suppose to contact me in 1-2 days... LOL, it has been a week. INBOXDOLLARS.COM IS THE BIGGEST SCAM.

To follow up with you regarding your account and to clarify our terms. If you had a payment pending on the account and it was terminated this is because all accounts are reviewed at Payment processing time each week and if a violation of terms is found the account is closed.
If an account is found to be in violation of the terms then an account is closed and earnings removed due to those violations. This is stated in the terms: All payments are inspected immediately prior to processing. Payment requests belonging to Members who have become Inactive (as described above) or who have duplicate Accounts will not be processed and will be removed.
Without knowing your specific account information some of the reasons this might occur are due to;
1) Duplicate accounts from the same household, computer, address, or individual. InboxDollars only allows 1 account per person, per address, per household and per computer.
2) Invalid member information being provided to the advertisers who notify InboxDollars. Members must submit accurate and correct information to an advertiser and if invalid information is submitted in an attempt to earn a credit this can result in account closure.
3. Members marking they live in the US however they are accessing the site from a Non-US IP address.
These are just some of the reasons that can occur and all inquiries submitted to the Resolution Team are reviewed and responded to so if you have not received their response please check your Spam/Junk mail or contact them again to have your inquiry escalated for additional feedback.
In some cases the LiveChat agent can insert the response you were sent into the chat in the event the email was not found or accidentally deleted by the member.

I would advise anyone completing any of the three either shopping credits, offers, or mobile apps to not even waste their time. At first you will receive assistance if something is unpaid, but after you make so much they won't even do that. They repeat the same lame excuses over and over that if an advertiser doesn't pay there is nothing they can do about it. Even if you have valid proof you completed something they still won't do anything. Yet they promote the stuff on their website, and when payments aren't made blame it on the advertisers. If you read their info on their help center it tells totally different things than what their actual terms of membership states, bottom line it's a complete ripoff unless you just simply do the survey's and read the paid emails. And that would take forever to actually make anything. All the other stuff they advertise is a complete scam!
I spent about 2 and a half weeks and made $34. My plan was to save whatever I make this year and cash out in October for Christmas. Well I go to log in today and they deleted my damn account. All the $34 I made gone! All the time I wasted with it is gone! SCREW THIS DAMN SURVEY SITE.

This is an awful site!
I've been a member of this website for almost two years now and I've yet to even make $40. I started out excited about my opportunities for being a member of this website and I still haven't been able to get enough to get a payment. I stopped using it for a while and picked back up on it hoping that it would be better. It's not. I qualify for less surveys now, especially since I've been banned from some of the suppliers of the surveys for unknown reasons. You have to sit for 10 minutes taking a survey to see if you'll even qualify, and most of the time, you don't. The "Spin-to-Win" function seems broken, and the sweeps never end up getting you anything. Half of the time the videos don't load, but it's sad because that's how I've been making most of the money recently. It's next to impossible to find a survey that you qualify for so it's not really worth the time unless you literally have nothing else to do.
Once you do the better payouts the surveys you wont qualify you wont make money for and they even changed how much you had to do to get paid using the search engine (which is lousy). There are other much better companies this one sucks. Hard to make any money on it and customer service sucks, the paid to listen to radio cuts in and out all the time, the pay to watch videos is a waste sometimes you have to watch 30 minutes to make one penny and most of the time you watch half of what they require and you get kicked out. Horrible just horrible
So, i started just like everyone else wanting to earn a little extra money. It took me about 2 weeks to earn $30 for pay out and it was a long two weeks of always being on my phone. But when i finally did earn the money it told me pay out would be Dec. 11, I thought great right before Christmas. Then I checked back and they moved the days to Dec. 16th, i was a little sad but still good before Christmas. Now I checked back again and the date is set for Dec. 30th, and i was along for a electronic gift card from Amazon. Little frustrated and wondering if I will ever see that money?

Sorry to hear your having some confusion around payments and payment dates. To clarify, InboxDollars only provides payment processing on Wednesday's so it may have been that your payment was set to process on Dec 10th.
InboxDollars does require that members keep their accounts active from the time you request the payment until the payment is processed. It sounds like from what you are describing that your account went inactive which will cause the payment request to be paused so that when you went back in to request the payment again this is why you got the new payment dates.
Our payment process is automated so there is no way payment dates can be changed unless as described above.
We do want to make sure members payments are processed so we do send out Payment Inactivity Email reminders if 7 days go without activity on the account.
Just be sure to keep the account active by logging in at least 1 time before the processing date and confirming PaidEmails.
When your payment is processed you will get an InboxDollars Payment Processed email with a Redemption link and code where you can then go and request the card type you prefer such as the Amazon.com card. Hope this helps!
GI am getting very frustrated because I start the surveys and it makes me get to the middle of the survey and it says I am not compatible. I feel like I'm being used for the information I am giving. I get to like 80% of the surveys and it stops. Other surveys I can't even do. It's very frustrating.
I been on inboxdollars.com for over 5 months and have cashed out 3 times for a total of 91.00$. Yes you get a check but they are liars. Being a gold member dont mean $#*! they never gave me any referrals nor did i get any of the benefits they promised. This site is not for someone who seeking to earn lots of money. They work you like a dog for pennies that you dont always receive. If you are willing to spend your money to make money then this is the site. I will never go on inboxdollars.com ever in life. The surveys state that the information they gather from you is kept confidential, but they give out the information to telemarketers and you will be inundated with phone calls from every question you've answered. I answered a question for something and got a phone call for it, and knew then for sure what they were doing. That is prohibited under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and Inbox Dollars, although they are only 3rd party providers and they are independent of their privacy policies, they need to be aware of their sneaky, underhanded practices. And we as their subscribers need to be aware as well.
I signed up for Inbox Dollars at the end of September 2015, and I am halfway to the fourth check now (Nov. 15). Most of money was from surveys, although in the beginning I qualified for a lot of free offers. Perhaps I qualify more for surveys down some of the complaint te down some of the complaintants because of my demographic group – I am retired and until a few weeks ago worked part-time as well. I have also enjoyed the new videos section for mobile phones. DOWNSIDE: It's true that the search function is not as lucrative as it used to be, and that is disappointing. As for surveys, you could possibly spend 10 or even 15 minutes on a survey and it quits on you or it says you don't qualify. (I figure that Inbox Dollars itself gets paid for completed surveys, not partial ones, so they have a vested interest in us completing them.) I have not had to use customer service, so no comment on that. The surveys do not pay as much as they used to – too bad. We need to work smarter, not harder. CONCLUSION: All of the survey sites take advantage of us, but we are willing saps. Inbox Dollars is one of the best as far as legitimacy and payout.
After earning $33 and requesting a pre paid visa in the mail I never received it. After a month of waiting I contacted InboxDollars and they told me to contact the pre paid card company, who then told me to contact InboxDollars. Emails went back and fourth like this for WEEKS with them telling me to log into my pre paid card account but when you go to the website the only way to log in is with a card number which guess what, someone who has not received their card would not possibly have. I did this to help just a little bit with some extra money when i was fired from my job, I waisted 2 months of time on this site, completed offers just to be forced into subscriptions which charged my account money I did not have and caused issues with my bank. I HIGHLY recommend looking for another website to earn money doing surveys through. Not only do they lead you with false information, their customer service completely sucks and it took them a week to reply to any emails I sent after refusing to help me over the chat. Claiming I was a valued member.

For members requesting a 1st time payment there is a bit of a longer wait vs a Gold Member but as stated in our ticket response to you your payment request was processed as scheduled and an email was sent to you that day to log onto the site to request your payment type.
InboxDollars does not pre-select which Visa option a member will receive but rather rely on the member to make that required selection.
We have more information about Payments and how to order in the support center under Payments. There is also a "how to order a Prepaid Visa" article in addition to the Payment Processed Email with instructions we send each member who had a payment processed.
Our site is voluntary and we do pay members CASH for completing activities that they select to participate in. Members are never required or requested to participate in any of the Cash offers, as this is at the members discretion.
When a member does participate with an advertiser, it is important to read all the terms that an advertiser may have on the offer to avoid any unnecessary charges or fees that an advertiser may charge once you commit to that offer.

I like this site a great deal. It usually takes me about 20 to 30 days to accumilate enoughtm to cash in. But ive already cash out 3 times and have had no problems with recieving my checks. Although, i must say that I miss the 1cent per search feature. I it helped out alot when I couldnt qualify for surveys.
