I love this site even if you don't want to do surveys you can cash out from playing games and shopping and I play solitary for free why not make a little extra

The heading says it all. I wanted to claim my earned money but my account was somehow locked, and I would need to give them tons of personal I.D. to reopen it. I didn't want to do that, after already having given so much personal info via the surveys. After that, they totally ignored me, and I was never paid.

As a member of Inbox Dollars since 2002, I've had no issues up until it was recently acquired by another company. All website/app support is now automated. All answers that I've received concerning not getting paid for downloading and reaching the required levels, are automated responses that have nothing to do with my original question. I've attached proof of downloads and earnings reports, yet get the same automated response, "We want to bring your attention to an exciting update. Here's how you can access the offer details...Thanks for being part of our community. We'll keep giving you great offers and services."

Based upon lack of valid support, I feel this company has turned into a scam and most of their reviews are from employees and their families.

I enjoy taking surveys. I love InboxDollars.com. I like that you can turn your points into gift cards.

I really like Inbox Dollars. They are straight and honest. I have been a member since 2011. I just love this site. You don't get rich but there is always something to make some$$$$..

The learn & earn simply just dosnt work.its not user friendly. Most of the time it asks a question but you aren't able to answer or it's such a small window (space wise) that u just pick any answer.ive been skipping it (as I'm sure most do) for 90% of time I go on the site.ive left comments & feed back but nothing.ive literally never been able to get a scratcher for that reason.also not only don't we know how to get a winlit but the social media pages u have,have nothing but scammers wanting your personal info so they can gift you money? It's not monitored at all & it's hard to know what page is correct.and lastly the games portion is ridiculous. I'm not about to download a game that's going to slowdown my phone just to find it's impossible to get to level 50.I'm certain I've never gottn a pennies for any seveys because they kick u off or after getting my info say "oh you don't qualify ". So I use the reciept app. I like it pretty well but u gatta give a $#*! about your app.pic added.theres no way to answer this question. Is it a secret or puzzle? Send a clue maybe

I got a $5 American Express gift card that I can't use anywhere...it has a 4 digit cvv code.I have yet to find ANYONE that will accept it...all businesses whether online or actual physical stores ask for a 3 digit cvv code. I can't link it to my cashapp or paypal.i can't do ANYTHING with it at all.its the most worthless piece of crap "reward" there is.thanks for nothing.i gave it one star because it won't let me choose zero stars...it doesn't deserve even 1 star.

Inboxdollars is the best survey website and the payout is fast and easy. I recommend this site if you're looking for a way to earn some extra dollars.

Cashouts are always easy and always there when I need a little cash to fill a gap. I'm very pleased with the ease of cashing out with My preferred cashout method.

I cashed out 30$ to a prepaid Mastercard, got the email with the code to redeem 2 days later, however an error came up to call customer service, which I did, and could not be helped because I could not provide the "sponsoring company" I read the entire summary of prepaid MC to the rep, but nothing matched. He instructed me to contact inbox dollars, which there is no phone number only an email that takes up to 30 days to reply. A previous attempted contact to inbox dollars customer service email yielded in an automated response 3 weeks later, to wait for a real response for another 30 days. Very frustrating to say the least

This site was great and I was happy but lately it seems I do a survey and I am 20 minutes into the survey, answer all of their detailed questions and it them tells me I do not qualify. This is ridiculous. The first few minutes should ask the needed question to see if I qualify or not. They need to fix this or eliminate the ad sponsors who are repeatedly doing this to the inbox dollars members. Also on January 6th I requested a payout and today is January 10th and the payout just posted today at 0353. I no longer need it. I only wanted it for a game to level up and the game is over. So now I have this Google Play that will just site there. I am frustrated with both of those issues. These seem to be relatively new and last year I had quicker payouts and I had surveys eliminate me in a few minutes and not waste my time.

There are a lot of opportunities to make money daily. Plus they are very easy to work with regarding cashing out!

I originally downloaded the InboxDollars app a couple years ago I think by now(!)... time flies! It offers things that I use, & others that I don't even take advantage of (bc I'm not a big 'coupon' lover, nor do I do enough shopping to submit my receipts for points.) Those things are available though. I use it for the 'Paid Emails' (which doesn't pay much, but it simply requires you to open the emails they send.) Those include offers to make money by playing games, taking surveys, or for money back for opening a bank account, donations to a charity, etc. I wish they offered shorter surveys that offered more money though. I also wish they offered more games that aren't tied to a 14 or 30 day time limit, which usually discourages me from attempting to try (to avoid the possible risk of wasting time for a month & making nothing.) The cash out process is also simple and fast - straight to my PayPal acct.

Believe me you don't want to use this site! They will absolutely do everything in there power to take your money unfairly away from you. You cannot win on this website please trust me! I did a scratch off and I won 10 dollars on this site and it didn't give me anything and then I sent a receipt in that was supposed to pay out 5 dollars and I never got that either! JUST DONT DOWNLOAD IT!

Been with Inbox Dollars for quite some time, several cashouts with zero issues. Several ways to earn from surveys, games, email and receipts. Customer service always prompt and courteous and provides real help if needed. Definitely recommend!
