They will not pay you for an issue on their end - I completed multiple projects, had proof of completion (receipts, date stamp, etc) and they denied saying it was my error. This site is probably one of the absolute worst ones to work with, because their customer support DOES NOT CARE.

The business states they value members input and activity; however, actions on not supporting said member prove otherwise. I will never be using this site again and I would recommend others look to other better sites to make a little extra cash. The other downside is once you have $$ to get a gift card, it can take another 10 days to even get approved. Waste of time, as you need to follow-up way too much

Been a member for a few years now. Not saying you'll become a millionaire but the money earned has helped my family greatly. Payment is always fast. The most trustworthy website to earn real money.

While surveys may not pay the highest on this site I will say that it is easy to cash out and payments come from 2 to 5 business days. And you can cash out in many different ways such as Amazon gift card, Burger King gift card,and many others including Paypal which is my preferred method. A lot of people don't realize that there is up to 11 different ways to make money on this site and app and it is totally free too by the way. Some of my ways I do it is I login to my site each morning and I answer the learn and earn question of the day. And then I will do about 2 surveys a day if I have time and want too. When I go shopping I will also take pictures of my receipts on my phone and upload them into my Inboxdollars app. To do this you just take a photo of your receipt open the Inboxdollars app click the Surveys tab at the bottom and you will see a button where it says upload receipt and get.01 cent click the pink submit button and find the picture of your receipt click it and when it takes you back to the app scroll the whole way down and click submit. Make sure your reciept is clear and shows all the info on it. I also play games on the app just go the upper right hand corner on your app and click where you see 3 lines and click archade games.Tip: I would go to my web browser and play my games so you can see your progress bar moving so you know when to scratch off. I redeemed my earnings. There were no problems. I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend inboxdollars because of their different varieties of surveys in English and Spanish.

You must verify your acct to cashout, only they purposefully send an expired code that you can't use. I wanted to update my review because I was able to get a verification code after raising more sand than a drunk that's been tricked into attending a dry party. I cashed out all that I was allowed and now will wait to see if they will actually payout the money without further hassle. If they don't payout, I will update accordingly to let everyone know. I have included screenshots of this as well for proof.

I will change my rating when inbox proves that they know how to appreciate members, especially long time members like myself. We panelists are the backbone of their company and should be treated with better respect and professionalism.

Once again, I am updating my review. This time to reflect the fact that they did payout. I got the Paypal pmt and the gift card I requested. But here is the kicker folks... following up the rear was an email sent to me by inbox requesting me to write a review. The email had a link in it that led to sitejabber. Umm, let me get this straight. After treating me, and goodness knows how many others, like dirt you have the audacity to expect me to give you a positive review. I'm so glad I don't have their nerve in my tooth. The mere fact that they attempted to get me to write a review after the way I was treated shows how pompous, callous and just plain less than smart they are. I mean who treats someone so deplorably and then asks them to write a review? When I reflect on it I can't help but laugh at such stupidity! The only review inbox would get from me is another one star review and a write-up that further reflects how I and other panelist are treated. Again I state that I will change my one star review when inbox can exhibit better behavior towards panelists. Your time would have been better spent sending an apology email for the horribly disrespectful and unprofessional way I was treated.

I was impressed with the way everything was handled and on how quick I got money. I will definitely keep playing and doing surveys on this app.

I love Inbox Dollars that I wake up thinkin what will I get into today on there because there is always something new and exciting to look forward to on the app especially when I know I'll get paid for it.

They host surveys sponsored by other companies. Each survey has a dollar amount associated with it that you can earn if you complete the survey. Although getting "kicked out" of surveys happens often, at least for me, the ones you complete do add to your total and you can cash out for things like Amazon gift cards once you reach a certain amount.

I have been with InboxDollars for a few years now and have made over 300 dollars. I did this by doing offers taking surveys reading emails completing tasks and surfing the web and also playing games it's pretty simple and straightforward and if you have a problem with it just contact customer service they will be happy to help you. I normally get Walmart gift cards or eBay gift cards or Amazon gift cards but now I have a PayPal account and you can transfer cash on to there and from there you can withdraw that money from your PayPal card so I actually got cash. I cashed out $100 and have not received it. Now I'm being asked to do a review on cashing out. It's a joke. No one is happy with the way it's being run now. Getting help is quite difficult. Things don't pay out as they should. FIX IT please.
