Quick easy to earn. And quick and easy to cash out. Been doing this for over 7 years never a problem

It took 5 days to send cash from the pending cash out until it hit my PayPal account. I think that is way too long when it should be instant.

No joke. IBD is an easy way to make real money while you are passing time. Paid surveys, cash back after buying the things you are already going to buy, get paid to play mobile games and more. It's fantastic!

I've never in my life dealt with a survey company that drags their feet like Inboxdollars. Shameful!

I cashed out two payments for one $50 egift card and one $30 egift card both with MasterCard and I tried using them on a few different websites but they didn't work. Then when activated them on the redeem website, it made two separate accounts when I already created one before I got the codes to redeem. Another thing, my phone isn't compatible for the tap and pay feature.

So far they aren't keeping up with my progress at all. As far as gaming & surveys go, be vary wary & read every single thing very carefully before you download or commit to it on this or any site! To answer a survey for a very minimal $ amount they wanted very personal info up to & including my Social Security Number! Thank God I caught that first! On another instance a seemingly harmless game wanted to have access & permission to my SIM card in my phone to he able to change whatever they wanted! Absolutely Not! I'm not one to go through small print normally but I'm so grateful I did! Quite frankly I'm beginning to think this is a political information gathering site. They waste your time getting as much info as possible then say oh this survey isn't right for you! What a scam! All I know is, I want my money for completing the tasks in the game I signed up for to begin with!

I cashed out $30 on a Google play card. It would of been painless and 5 stars. Except the first $30 e card was taken out of my balance. But I never received it. It was also a Google play card. Support said... well they said it will ba about a month to post for the payment. Since then I have yet to hear a word from them. Since the initial response was basically a form letter. I think I will no longer do these surveys. If they straighten it out maybe. You would think all they would have to do is look at my account see tgat itcwas taken but never used. Because I never received it. It takes a considerable effort to earn $30 doing surveys. The pay is minimal. I was only able to earn that much because of the offers for apps to download and fulfill the requirements to get your reward. At least they payout in a timely manner. I've been a member of Inbox Dollars since the lock down. Back then they cut me a check that I was able to cash. That's no longer an option. If you have PayPal that likes to charge fees left and right you can get it loaded. Because of the fees on paypal I use Cashapp. Unfortunately Inbox Dollars does not. Making it difficult to have any faith in getting compensated. I put two stars because at least this time I received the $30. I guess it's hit or miss and with no support getting back to me. I'm pretty sure I'm done unless they honor the missing $30. We shall see at that time I'll revise this negative review. Cheers! Peace.

I would say that this app is definitely more decent than others I have used. I think they should just be a little more efficient when it comes to customer service and people redeeming there rewards.

This has been a great way to earn extra money in my spare time, there is many different options to earn from not just surveys, and the have always paid within a few days.

My only complaint is that Surveys never work. So I can't ever complete my daily list. But they do pay out pretty fast on the cashouts.

I have been a member for over 5 years and have been extremely satisfied with every aspect of the site and app. Anytime I have any issues, customer service has been quick and efficient to fix them. I have gotten all my payouts quickly and the right amount.

Can't use American rewards virtual card, so need to change it to a different prepaid card not no rewards card

After playing Monopoly Go and making it the the level 71 and beyond during the correct time frame. I DOD NKT RECIEVE MY 30.00 INCENTIVE. I CONTACTED SUPPORT WITH SCREENSHOTS AS EVIDENCE AND NEVER HEARD BACK. I WANT MY MONEY THAT I EARNED.

The overall program is getting better at the various ways to make money. The app isn't showing my earnings and doesn't allow me to upload receipts or take surveys. Most of the time it won't even sign in, saying connectivity issues

This is my third or fourth time that I've cash out. The first three it took over a month to get my pay always came up with excuse.You've never says you don't have to prove that every time now this one here I've been waiting for three months to get my money cash.still haven't received it when I got approved.I'm gonna get it. This is ridiculous. I'm sure I'm not the only one to have to go through this garbage. Another thing you got a wait for a month to get a response from them which is ridiculous. All the other sites there to get I'll get it within a day or two. That's my two cents worth.

The gift card redeemed is not working at all in any website. I do not know if this is a technology issue or scam but the return doesn't worth time spend on.
