It was a great experience initially. I paid the additional cost (over $100) to have my order express shipped to me. However, once the yard signs were ready to be shipped, I received a call from customer service saying that I needed to pay AN ADDITIONAL $40 for my order to be express shipped. I was livid. I felt that that the intial $100+ was an extraordinarily high charge but paid it anyway because I was in time crunch. To be asked to pay an additional fee was completely unfair. Fortunately the manager shipped my yard signs without the additional charge.
Faster then promised, great color, my design worked perfectly! The grommets on the banner seem strong but have not had a windy night yet to really test them out. The yard signs color is bright and easy to read. I reviewed the items but did not order a test preview. It all worked out great. The communication on production and shipping was clear. I would use them again!
Exactly what ordered! It look great! It was deliver a day earlier than promised and at an excellent price. I would definitely use this company again. Good job!

My koozies came on time for a last minute ordering decision. Quality material, highly recommended. I called to speak to a sale rep before ordering to make sure my order arrive on time. It did, even earlier than expected.

We had on box that had damage to it when it arrived. It was somewhat crushed One cube had slight damage to it but to much inconvenience to send it back so keeping it

Easy to order. Submitted the order just before Hurricane Harvey hit. In spite of all the weather disruptions in their area the order was processed and delivered quickly. They also did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the order status throughout the process. Very professional organization.
