Price was right and delivery on time. Product was fine.
I had a bad initial experience then got a follow up and was kindly told much of the functionality I was looking for in the website just doesn't exist but they are working on it.
Still not thrilled that I was pulled in by free shipping just to learn that it is on a very limited number of products

Not happy at all. I ordered buttons and they just look very cheap, not of good quality at all. Looks like I could have done them myself.
I ordered 12 yard signs on a Sunday and paid for 1-day rush production and 3-day rush shipping to get the signs here by Friday. The signs were made on Monday and I received an email saying they had shipped on Tuesday. However, the signs were not transferred to FedEx until Thursday. I contacted customer service multiple times Tuesday evening and Wednesday when I realized the tracking number still showed the signs had not been transferred to FedEx. They kept telling me that they had shipped and would be delivered by Friday. I didn't receive the signs until Monday. I was refunded for the rush shipping but I am very disappointed with the customer service representatives. I couldn't get anyone to acknowledge that there was an issue with the shipping until Saturday morning. I never received an explanation for what happened other than FedEx didn't pick up the package.

Got exactly what I ordered and received it a day earlier than expected
Some of the print on the balls was not complete (it did not have the last 2 lines which included our phone number) and some of the print was smeared.
I will give it 4 stars due to price and ease of website. Once product is delivered - I will update as needed.
