I put alot of effort into trying to produce results. Plants were started in a pot, when I realized they were not growing after the first 2-3 weeks, I bought a greenhouse and gave extra attention. Plants still didn't produce no more than 3-5 sets of leaves. Only got as tall as the size of my hand.

LGM has a sprouting warranty.
Only 13 of 20 sprouted.
I sent multiple requests using their customer support form emails etc. and I get no reply.
Most disappointing.
They did ship fast.
Think I'll try someone else next time

This company has some of the greatest employees, fast, responsive, great seeds, all germinate, never an issue, keep seeds for a year and they still pop, Fire.

The best customer service, email available on holidays, weekends, too good to be true.

Great response time from customer service. And always delivered on time. All that was bought have sprouted no issue with grow. If you have issues it is your growing medium or you have know idea how to grow. Great company.

I received my order and was disappointed because all seeds were crushed. I sent an email with an attached photo of the seeds. They let me know that a replacement order was being shipped to me. Within a week I had my order in my hands and not a single seed wad damaged.

H! I purchased some items but before I received my order I realized I wanted something different. I contacted Claire who said I could return items and choose something more suitable. I sent first order back and had the new one within a few days. I was always treated with the utmost respect even though I made a mistake. They took the best care of me! I recommend them to all! Ordered 10 GG4 seeds. Got them very fast. 3 looked as though they were stepped on. Sarah answered my email in less than 12 hours on superbowl weekend. She sent me replacements lickedy split. I was satisfied enough to order 10 apple fritter seeds again so they earned my repeat business.
Will be ordering some more shortly with confidence.

ILGM's Gold Leaf (sativa/indicia 60/40) is nothing but extraordinary. Everyone who I showed pictures to or a video of these two plants, thinks both are multiple plants. They can't believe each one is that big. You would think I am a master grower after seeing these plants. I am not. They are huge. I can't wait to grow other strains from ILGM.

Had a minor issue not sure if it was porch pirates or simply delivered to wrong address they handle everything beyond my expectation and new order arrived safely before expected highly recommended please give them a try your self

My package was missed, delivered by the post office when I talk to the post office they admit it to miss delivering the package and just told me to file a claim and there was nothing I could do. I LGM took care of the whole Harley one notified. They simply resent my order right away with plenty. Apologies didn't make me go to any rigmarole I was totally understanding! Not my first order and won't be my last

This season was my first time growing. I was referred to ILGM by a friend. I grew in pots, outside. The plants were beautiful 6-7 feet tall but no sign of flowering. On Saturday of labor day weekend I sent an email looking for help. This email was responded to in a few hours. The information that I received was very helpful. 5 weeks later I harvested the plants. I purchased 10 Super Silver Haze seeds, and planted 6 of them resulting in 4 nice plants. The rest of the seeds are for next year. For a first timer I'm happy to know I won't need look anywhere else for seeds and support.

Very large selection of products to choose from. Pricing is descent. Delivery was fast and I even received an email telling me my order was delivered. Excited to start growing! I highly recommend ILGM.

I took a vacation around Memorial Day to visit some family, and upon arriving learned that they were growing their own herbs. I inquired about it some more and they referenced me to ILGM.com

Spent some ample time reading, learning, and figuring out how to prep things to be able to do this on my own. Following their guides, I was able to successfully germinate my seeds and begin growing my own. Although most of the info is pretty good, there are some items here and there which may cause some need to reach out to their support staff

I had the pleasure of speaking with Claire, who was very prompt and helpful with answering my inquiries... particularly with the amounts of fertilizer to use based on the growing phases that my plants are currently in. Was very grateful on how thorough and professional she was, and hope to speak with her again in the future if there's a need for some further information about the overall growing process

I've made 5 or 6 purchases from ILGM, none of them have disappointed to date. All legit, and they will take care of you with anything you need post purchase. I've purchased mainly auto flowers since I have a small space (in my opinion ;) only a short shed outside about 5.5 ft tall. 90% or better will germinate and sprout as long as you follow their technique. Like they say, every once in a while you'll get a dud. That's just nature though. And if you complete the necessary steps they will replace those duds. We'll worth the price especially if you can grab them on a buy 10 get 10 free deal. My only down side is I wish ILGM would let you pick 10 of another strain free to have more variety. Other than that this is the place to get your seeds. I have 3 strains growing now from a recent purchase of a 30 count mixed pack. Gelato, Zkittles, and weding cake autos. All flowering nicely, pic was too large. Wish everyone could see though.

Being new to all of this I researched pretty well and must say buying seed began to put me off, all of the horror stories of customs seizing made the hair on my neck stand up.

I finally bit the bullet and placed an order and the wait began, after 20 days with no show
I assumed the worst and expected a letter or knock on the door.

I emailed ILGM 15/06/16 and received reply same day (+9 hours ahead here) from Stacy telling me order will be re-shipped, so simple no drama seed dispatched different method.

Very glad to say package arrived intact today 28/06/16, thanks Stacy.
A very happy satisfied customer, now looking for some Auto's or maybe a mix.
