Hello. I was perusing the net for a reliable source to obtain what I needed. After looking about for nearly an hour, I finally choose ILGM to place an order. From the onset I was impressed with the level of professional communication from this company and I had absolute confidence My order was a CASH transaction and I was not in the least bit worried. Given my geographical location, my order did take some time to arrive. It arrived in perfect condition and to say that I am pleased is an understatement. Fast Delivery: I ordered my seeds on 1/9/24 and my seeds were in my hot hands on 1/13/24

Great Customer: On the morning of 1/12/24 USPS tracking showed my seeds had been delivered, as the post office admitted they had been delivered to the wrong address. I contacted ilmg that morning that my seeds had been left at the wrong address and within hours Sarah from ilgm contacted me to let me know what their experience has been with the USPS and to ask that I give it a little more time. I contacted my post office and they corrected their mistake and I had my seeds on 1/13/24.
I was getting emails from ilgm through the weekend checking on my situation, whether were auto-generated or not ilgm let me know they hadn't forgotten about me.

After I did a thorough review before buying from ILGM I discovered I made the right choice. There are many choices out there but ILGM has the best overall between service and products. The service is the highest I have seen compared to any other company. Response is immediate and very helpful. The make everything easy. The products are the highest quality I have ever tried. And the selection is wide and the website is easy and informative.

First time ordering seed after checking out many sites an went with this one. Liked all the info available from them and also joined the learning program to help me get started this bieng my first time attempting this. Ordered my recomended seeds and 10 days later they arrived. Now I have to review the course and get my supplies in order and hopfully strat a grow in about two weeks. ILGM has been my go to now for several years to acquire numerous strains of both auto-flower and feminized cannabis seeds for your own production. ILGM has some of the best selections for seeds, fertilizers, and instructions for beginner growers. I have been using them for several years and have never been let down. As a matter of fact, the USPS mistakenly delivered my package to a neighbor across the street. After contacting support, Sarah did such a great job in keeping me patient and explaining how the United States Postal Service can sometimes be slow.

This is my 2nd order from ILGM. The 1st came within 2 weeks and was no problem. My 2nd order did not get to me and after a month, I reached out to the customer service people at ILGM and was instantly taken care of. A 2nd order was sent and I received my product within 2 weeks. The only question asked was to verify my address. I have read many reviews and all comment on how fast a shipping problem became rectified. I will add my testimonial to this group! ILGM is totally legit and sells quality products. I am 60 years old and skeptical about most online transactions but I will NOT HESITATE to continue doing business with Robert Bergman and the ILGM company. My first Order went missing for reasons unknown why I did not receive it and they resent my order promptly after waiting a week to make sure it didn't show up. I'd highly recommend them.

I had some issue with my first order from ILGM. Ordered 15 seeds and in two separate attempts at germinating, none of the 15 germinated. Unsure if it was an issue with the seeds, shipping or me. Probably me. Emailed ILGM, an the next day I had a reply. Was told to send the seeds back and ILGM would replace. I explained being in USA, the back and forth of the seeds would take a month or longer. Stacey, the CS rep agreed to send immediately. I have my new seeds and ILGM has a happy and loyal customer. I am a first time grower, and the ILGM support team was there to answer questions and provide support every step of the way. The USPS lost my package twice (out for delivery but never delivered), and the ILGM team resent my order twice, with no additional charge, until I finally received it. Cant wait to start growing!
