Lost money
April 25, 2018

I bought 300 K coins Fifa 18 for my soon. He don't receive any coin. Comfort trade doesn't work so i ask help. They give me a procedure. I spent one full day to make the procedure receiving a mail asking me to end the transaction. At the No coin and the answer was resume that is your problem.

They support fraud sellers

Sellers on this website will sell you items with stolen credit cards and then when the warranty period is over, it all gets charged back. If you contact support good luck these $#*!s say the same automated $#*! every time. " We can help warranty is over". So basically if you need a side hustle sell on igvautl and once the warranty is over just charge everything back and $#*! over bunch of people and igvault will support u. Good business $#*!ing disgrace

Im no way taking up for this company as I do believe they scam.

But I had a account since April 2021 all you have to do is translate everything to english via a translator.

This company is using russian emails that they know majority of their customers will not understand and to lazy to translate.

So they take advantage of that and change the information in 7 days or 2 weeks if your lucky.

Literally I still have my account from this scam company.

Awful services

They have an 8 hour delivery window. After 19 hours online i recieved nothing. I processed a refund and was told the order was frozen by support. Two days later the seller attempted to deliver my product piecemeal over the course of another 3 days AFTER the refund was processed. At this point support said "talk to your seller, he says he delivered" but I had already put in for a refund and assumed that money was coming back my way.

Support will not give you a refund. Support only looks out for the interests of the sellers, like a scam.

Scammed

I purchased wow gold and the gold was delivered on time. Great right? 2 days later my account is banned. Blizzard states i purchased gold from a player who was stealing gold from other players. I asked igvault for a refund and they are refusing to give me my money back despite me emailing them a screenshot of blizzards reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Lies and Delays

Terrible customer service, i ordered a star citizen ship and was lied to several times by customer support about the order, first the supplier was asleep, then awake but not online, then there was no stock, then there was stock. These morons give you the run around, clearly this business is a scam or a front for a money laundering organisation, don't buy from these POS.

I thought after three fraudulent transactions that I would get a legit account looking at the feedback from the seller but once again another £90 down the toilet, this company doesn't help at all it has an automated response that talks absolute crap, if you want to waste your money like clearly I have then buy from igvault, I wish them all the worst of luck in the future and hopefully the company gets closed down as they are a complete and absolute disgrace, i'm going to watch dog this time had enough it's absolutely pathetic how they can just rip people off.

I requested a refund due to seller not delivering my order in over 24 hrs and not responding to my query about the order. I spoke with customer support via the message system and when I pushed the issue for refund they banned my ip address. And have had no contact since. Do not use them.

Got betrayed

Bought an fortnite account and just after guaranty ended they stole it back an changed the pw's. Ig vault don't help because guaranty over. I think its there business to do so and sell the same account multiple times

Warranty is a lie
September 3, 2021

Made a purchase with a 3 day warranty. My account was suspended within that 3 day window and the items purchased were lost. They said they can't help me because they have already paid seller. Have a ton of screen shots of the transactions. OH this is after they tried insisting they get a picture of my debit card that I used on paypal. I covered all but the last 4 of the card and took a pic in front of the email that they sent me. They refused to take that as verification and insisted on my card, the name, and the expiration. So I cancelled that order, and completed a new one without issue.

I recently purchased 2k myteam currency and waited for 16 hours now and the seller will not respond whatsoever when I just send a reminder this $#*! keeps ignoring me plus he even tried to block my messages. Do not believe that stupid igvault representative who replies to these reviews cause they never respond to any emails. I emailed them 3 times and they haven't done $#*! or responded. Either they have extremely bad customer service or they are pure scammers which is definitely what I've seen other people say as well. So they do this crap to everyone who buys from their site and they make it way too hard just to get a refund. Don't ever buy from this website believe me save your money and use it elsewhere. If I could give a negative rating I really would as well as many others. All of the positive comments are not real people its people from their site that put these messages to make them look good.

The site might say 4 hour timeline? Lol good luck. Im still waiting after my purchase 21 hours ago. Customer service cannot help you in any way so just ask they go talk to their manager and pay you a refund. Worst experience I have had attempting to do anything like this.

SCAMMERS!

OrderS were DAYS late and when I contacted customer service the Live Chat agent "Olivia" I stated my issue very clearly explaining that my orders were not just hours late but, DAYS late. She responded "what so you want a refund?"... Never have I ever had such poor customer service. So unprofessional!
I will be contacting my bank and claiming fraudulent activity and will never use these scam artists again!

From seeing these other negative reviews I'll get ahead of it.

NO I will not send you my order number. We are past pleasantries and being cordial. I tried to reach out and got nothing but, attitude and "If you still do not agree with what I am telling you, you can contact our manager." blah blah blah same bullcrap line any scam artist would make.

I bought WoW tbc gold from this platfrom with 6 hours delivery time, after that time passed I contacted them to see what is going on and they (or their bot) replies: "Sir, I am working hard, I will complete your order as soon as possible. Please wait patiently during this period."
After 2-3 messages they stop responding.
I even sent a mail at their support office (*******@igvault.com) and they never replied.
If you don't wanna get scammed, don't buy anything from them.
Shameless scammers.

I have purchased off them multiple times but found out the hard way they allow third party sellers onto their platform without any proper qualification. I purchased Fifa 22 ultimate team coins and had 24hr warranty. On the 25th hour my account was hacked by the seller and my coins were gone! Speaking to customer service is like speaking to a brick wall. Disgusting how they treat customers I had 1.5m coins stolen from my account and they had the audacity to offer me a 5% gift card! Stay far clear from these guys they let just about anyone sell their services on their platform and do not punish the sellers who scam you!

Absolute frauds
October 17, 2020

I ordered 250,000 coins from these crooks and they duly sent the coins.
However within a couple of hours EA removed every single coin I had amassed. They took the 250,000 I purchased from these crooks and also coins I had before the purchase and now I have zero coins.

Beware! Worst company for VC by far. I've used 5-6 different sites for VC for Madden and NBA2K and this has been terrible. They advertise instant transfers or moneyback guarantee and I've waited over 24 hours and now my auctions ended. I've sent multiple pics of the cards to give them updated times and they would say thank you we are filling it right now. Time passed and only sent a few coins. I used another site and got them immediately and requested either my coins or a refund whichever is easier and now I can't get them to respond. Terrible customer service. Buy elsewhere.

I bought gold for a game with a 3 day warranty. I received the gold over 24 hours after the "guaranteed" time. Then I get an account suspension hours after the true 3 days of 72 hours and attempted to see if there were any solutions and was met with a canned response that I was out of the warranty timeframe. I attempted to contact the seller first and their response was that they never had any other complaints so there's nothing that they can do.

On the surface their site looks like there is a solid customer support service. However, after clicking several links and getting empty placeholders I realized that it was just made to look legit. Buyer beware.

SCAM
January 22, 2020

TOTAL SCAM. Spend over 30$ and I didn't receive what I was promised. I tried to explain the situation to their Customers Servers and they keep telling me to wait for their manager to email me. It has been 2 weeks. Don't trust them. Definitely not safe.
