How can I fail at my own voice? Please tell me that? I was nearly done and bam wasted my time and it went all the way back to the beginning. I have taken this course before and never did I have this issue. First year I used a land line, second year I used my cell. This year I only have the choice of using my cell. IT FAILED...? For that I'd rather go to a class or find something else. Unbelievable! I don't have time to waste. I am in school full-time and work full-time. I took this so I could do this in spare time and this is what happens? JUST no... How can it fail me for my voice... I still don't get that!

Took a course, seemingly ok. Sitting waiting for a certificate for 25 days... Emailed the company- email address not found- email returned to me unsent. Fishy company! What do I do now?

A complete scam

Not much more to add that the others here havent already posted. My only hope in posting this is to hopefully let someone else know how bad this group is. From the out of date videos, horible website interface, lack of customer serivce - go ahead and try and find a number to call, this group is the worst. Avoid at all costs.

I took the course over a 4-day period (over lunch). It was easy to do and informative. Some of it was a bit silly (the cartoon hosts, but I get it). Otherwise, I'm glad I did it. I find myself telling other people about the course and all I learned. I got some coworkers interested.

User friendly website

My son was able to access the site and follow the directions without any difficulty. I do like the package deal and the price was reasonable however the email certificate should be included not a separate price.

Sucks

I did unit 1 and 2 of the alcohol and drug course and it says I didn't complete unit 2 which I have several times. I've been re doing the quizzes all day for it not to let me move onto the next course.

They'll nickel and dime ya to death! You have 120 days to complete your course or they will charge you $20 to reactivate your course. If you request any additional certificate for ie; for your insurance discount they will charge you $10 for mail (. 5-7 business days) or an additional charge of $8.95 for an email. I'm surprise they don't charge for customer/tech support. Don't know about you but that just annoyes the heck out of me. The course itself is ok. It has a timer for each page so it's not go at your own pace. If your a fast reader this isn't for you because will have to wait until the timer is up before you can move to the next page.

IDrive Safely was by far my most favorite experience, worked with me to get my course completed although I passed the amount of days it provides. Customer services was also very polite in transferring me to the correct people to assist me since my account was locked. I was able to finish the course before the 30 day grace period they extended.

The course was easy enough to do it's very outdated but that was not a problem. The problem is that I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get my certificate and Ohio to get the information to satisfy my suspension can not talk to anyone in the customer service department and when they did email me back saying that they had sent the information to Ohio but the number it was faxed to is not the correct fax number still have not received the certificate to finish my suspension.

God awful

Worst experience of my life. If you would like to waste five hours of your life, take this course! $#*! voice recognition system can't recognize your own voice, forcing you to fail. Wasted my whole day.

On line chat person directed me to the wrong course, after taking the course and the certificate not being accepted by the company I needed to submit it to I contacted I drive safely to remedy. Not only did they NOT take any responsibility or agree to a refund, they also did not offer to let me take the correct course at no charge to make it up which I would have been happy to do and still need to do, with someone else at this point. I am disputing the charges but these guys do not have any customer service and this was 100% on them. I gave them the precise details of the course I needed in the on line chat and was walked in real time to the course I was told to select and it was not correct. That's not my fault...

Hi there! We apologize for the confusion. When you initially reached your state you stated you needed a 4 hour equivalate online DD course. That is why we recommend our Defensive Driving Course. When you reached out explaining this wasn't correct, we submitted a refund for the incorrect purchase. I have a appointment in 2 hours, i completed 86% of the course and the course is froze. If for any reason they need to check authenticity, all they should ask is to do is relogging but it just does not allow me to continue. They do not have customer care service number available at all. This is a BIG SCAM I do not recommend this website to anybody. They made few videos and minting money with out any customer service.

Horrible

I took traffic school, had a small mix up and assumed customer service would help. I got a hold of them after a long hold time and spoke to a very nice person. She could not help me, so she transferred. This is when the BS began. Went to voicemail so I left a message. Did not hear back, called and left a second message, still nothing. So, I logged back in and sent multiple (I am up to 3 or 4 I believe and still have not heard back. Because of this, it looks like I will be doing traffic school a second time. Needless to say, I would not recommend anyone waste the time or money with this company.

This is driving me crazy!
After 6h of my time, the system was not able to verify my voice for no reason. And now all my progress are gone!

This is a freaking stupid system, I don't even know what I can do better since I have been doing the same every time I did the verification, in the same room, using the same phone.

I need an explanation please, you can't just ask people to spend 6h and then another 6h. I don't even know if the same thing will happen again or not, because of this stupid black box voice verification.

I want a refund asap and I will take defensive driving course else where. Again, this is driving me crazy for a completely wasted 6 hour of my life! PLEASE FIX YOUR PROBLEM!

Seems like a good deal but they charge you a fee of 20$ to ship the cirtificate. There is a free option for snail mail but you can't choose it... And after sitting in front of the computer for 6 hours you will pay anything

Easy to learn.

It helped me a lot to learn about the driving laws, and traffic rules. I don't like reading books, so watching the videos on this education website really helped me a lot. It also has the practice tests in it. Those tests helped me to practice more efficiently.

I have never driven a car before had no reason to because at the time I was married after the divorce I decided it was time to get my license at the age of 55 it was easy and loved the process. I was so excited when I passed.
