I have been using Ibotta to save money on groceries for a couple of years, and have always been very impressed with their customer service. This experience, however, was special. For Ibotta to offer a $2.50 rebate on eggs at a time when the cost of eggs is so high is another example of how much they want to assist the consumer. Thank you, Ibotta, for proactively helping me save money.
I was having issues downloading my new Walmart receipt. The support team helped me through emails. I sent them pictures of my receipt and which rewards I was trying to claim and they gave me the rewards!

There was a mistake made to my account where I received a credit then it was removed. After much a do provides receipts etc. issue was resolved and they doubled my credit.

It's been at least 5 times I've attempted to withdraw my funds and it tells me they've disabled my account to keep my funds safe and that I need to contact support. So that process takes 48 to 72 hours for them to resolve the issue, meanwhile I have bills to pay and can't access the funds that I rightfully earned. They're response every time is not from a person but from a bot telling me the same thing every single time. It's too bad because this is such a great app great deals great way to earn extra income through shopping for items that you're already going to get, but when it comes to customer service and how they value their loyal customers they are mediocre at best. I am currently searching for another platform that offers the same deals because when I need to withdraw funds to pay for important things that affect the welfare of my family I can't be at the mercy of a company that doesn't even have the respect to deal with me human to human but instead throws a bot at my grievance an act as if the issues that I have to keep on dealing with on their app is unimportant. People have lives, people are trying to survive, and honestly you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for your total lack of empathy towards the customers that are allowing you to make a living and live as comfortable as I'm sure you probably are living.
I had an item on receipt that was brought to my attention that they took care of and a couple of items that were missed that they corrected. We're very courteous and I appreciate your help.

Yedterday I bought for of the Haagen Dazs 14oz and only gave.75 for one not 4 so you owe me 2.25. Also you only gave me a dollar on of the silk oat creamers and not on the second one so I am owed a dollar for.that. Which means I am missing 3.25.
I purchased Purdue perfect portion chicken breast and didn't revive the credit. I even scanned it and it was the correct product and still didn't get the reward. Not good

I have been doing Ibotta for several years. My lifetime earnings are $765! Considering all I have done is buy things I would be buying anyway, I consider it free money! I have bought a refrigerator and I am saving for a new microwave.
I'm not as devoted to Ibotta as most but I enjoy receiving cash back on the items I normally buy anyway. I use my savings to buy gift cards for other stores like Sam's Club making those purchases free!
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
