I have been using Ibotta to save money on groceries for a couple of years, and have always been very impressed with their customer service. This experience, however, was special. For Ibotta to offer a $2.50 rebate on eggs at a time when the cost of eggs is so high is another example of how much they want to assist the consumer. Thank you, Ibotta, for proactively helping me save money.
I was having issues downloading my new Walmart receipt. The support team helped me through emails. I sent them pictures of my receipt and which rewards I was trying to claim and they gave me the rewards!
Ibotta is an amazing saving app. The customer service is quick and they help me resolve my problem real quick. I was able to ask for missing cash back. And they resolve everything real quick
There was a mistake made to my account where I received a credit then it was removed. After much a do provides receipts etc. issue was resolved and they doubled my credit.
I had problems withdrawing my money and the support system on Ibotta was amazing and helped me through the process! I really appreciate all the help they gave me!
It's been at least 5 times I've attempted to withdraw my funds and it tells me they've disabled my account to keep my funds safe and that I need to contact support. So that process takes 48 to 72 hours for them to resolve the issue, meanwhile I have bills to pay and can't access the funds that I rightfully earned. They're response every time is not from a person but from a bot telling me the same thing every single time. It's too bad because this is such a great app great deals great way to earn extra income through shopping for items that you're already going to get, but when it comes to customer service and how they value their loyal customers they are mediocre at best. I am currently searching for another platform that offers the same deals because when I need to withdraw funds to pay for important things that affect the welfare of my family I can't be at the mercy of a company that doesn't even have the respect to deal with me human to human but instead throws a bot at my grievance an act as if the issues that I have to keep on dealing with on their app is unimportant. People have lives, people are trying to survive, and honestly you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for your total lack of empathy towards the customers that are allowing you to make a living and live as comfortable as I'm sure you probably are living.
I had an item on receipt that was brought to my attention that they took care of and a couple of items that were missed that they corrected. We're very courteous and I appreciate your help.
Earned money on things I already buy. Website took awhile to figure it out but eventually I figured it out. I love saving money because I'm on a very tight budget.

Between the pop ups of things and consistency of the options of how to handle things, it's been primarily good or at least decent.
I was missing 1.00 from a purchase. Within a few hours my email was looked and resolved. I have enjoyed using ibotta for a few years. I use my money towards Christmas gifts.
People always comment on how I get such great deals! My response is always that I use Ibotta! Why not get money back on products I plan on buying anyway!

Any time I have an issue; they always fix it after I send into customer service! I may have to wait a little, but after they review my issue, they make it right! I love ibotta!

Yedterday I bought for of the Haagen Dazs 14oz and only gave.75 for one not 4 so you owe me 2.25. Also you only gave me a dollar on of the silk oat creamers and not on the second one so I am owed a dollar for.that. Which means I am missing 3.25.
I purchased Purdue perfect portion chicken breast and didn't revive the credit. I even scanned it and it was the correct product and still didn't get the reward. Not good

The cash back was applied manually for the PERDUE® PERFECT PORTIONS® Chicken Breast offer and Weekend Cash Dash bonus. When we do this, it won't update your original 03/14/25 Piggly Wiggly Midwest transaction. Instead, a new transaction will be created indicating you received manual cash back from Ibotta.

I have been doing Ibotta for several years. My lifetime earnings are $765! Considering all I have done is buy things I would be buying anyway, I consider it free money! I have bought a refrigerator and I am saving for a new microwave.
I'm not as devoted to Ibotta as most but I enjoy receiving cash back on the items I normally buy anyway. I use my savings to buy gift cards for other stores like Sam's Club making those purchases free!
