It took 2 months to receive this order ….on what planet is that acceptable?
Item was not packaged correctly. Express postage envelope was unpadded which resulted in damage to screen savers during transit. This was communicated to Hurtlegear via telephone and a replacement has been organised.
Thanks for your feedback Eberhard, and sorry to hear that Australia Post damaged your item. Hopefully you have your replacement now, and based on your experience we've changed the way dashboard screen protectors are packaged.
As soon as I opened my letter box and grabbed the package I realized that the products inside were loose not packed properly. As a result I had scratches on the finish.
Otherwise the service (communication) and delivery was good.
Hi Theodoros, thanks for your valuable feedback. We tried to reach out to you but got no response. Just so I can understand what's gone wrong here, your bar ends should have been wrapped in brown paper and packed inside a box, which would then have been inside a satchel. Is that the case?
That's how it comes direct from the Evotech Performance factory and is designed to be an environmentally sustainable package that still provides adequate protection. I'm keen to know how the items turned up when they got there. Cheers, Grae

Hi Ian, as discussed only one order and payment came through, which was shipped immediately.
Received no confirmations when order placed and had to make contact to find out status of order. Even for back orders I would expect an order mail confirming that the order had been received and the order number for to order.

I ordered the screen late 2024 and unfortunately missed the Christmas cut off, but Hurtle gear kept me informed all the way on the progress of my order. As soon as it was in I was informed, and the screen was shipped obviously the same day that I paid for it. I was kept informed all the way as to delivery, and the screen arrived on time and in good condition.
Waited a while while my item was ordered from overseas, but it was well priced and well packed when received. Thanks.

Parts were packed well along with a very basic instal guide. Given the cost I would have appreciated stainless bolts not zinc coated

Hi David, Puig were out of stock of those visors for about 6 months. Our site advised you that they were on pre-order and we supplied it as soon as it was back in stock at Puig. Not sure what else you expect we could have done? Perhaps your complaint would have been better pointed towards Puig.
