I've purchased a few things from Hurtle Gear - both from them directly online, and also through their ebay shop. Service has always been great and once when I asked (what I realised later) was a stupid question online they had still followed up very quickly with me. As Aust post is a bit slow to the eastern states I buy express post and it's great. They have had items on their website I couldn't find anywhere else. I'll buy again.

This sitejabber experience is not so great. Why should I have to write at least 50 characters to validate myself. All I wanted to do was confirm for you that I received the product. Ease up on the response requirements.
Pretty straightforward transaction. I bought the guard on Trade Me, paid the asking price and waited for it to arrive. It wasn't overnight as I live in NZ. A week or so later the courier dropped it off, in perfect shape. That's it, really. Just like you want it, no fuss and everyone does their bit.
