When we got there and checked in they gave us our room and it was the wrong room there were people already it was the wrong room so we had to take all of our stuff back down and go in the front desk and on top of that the pool was close in construction it never said anything on the web site and the we finally got our room and the ice machine was broken we had to go all the way on the other building to get ice... we came some a distance for our sons birthday and this was not the experience we expected

I was initially a bit reluctant to book via online. But the price was cheap, and the the process was easy and seamless! (no registration etc required). Once booked I received my confirmation email (now I've received a follow up to see whether I have received the confirmation email)

Very clean. Employee service was exceptional. The free breakfast included with your stay had a great variety of options, presented and prepared well with personal assistance if needed.
The only issue was the operation of the electric curtain and shade in your room, it wasn't always working. I had to call for maintenance a few times to get it working.
My stay was 7days and I would definitely stay there again. Even with the small issue I would still give it a 5 star rating in its class.

I booked *******@Ternton for 2 night (breakfast included) for which I paid extra ($82.64/night) as compare to just room fare ($68.31).

When I checked in, hotel mentioned that they have discontinued any complementary breakfast for quite a while ago & I need to pay additional $40 for breakfast for 2 days.

It seems that this information is not updated at HotelWiz booking portal, as a result I paid extra fare for my booking.
Could you please have a look at it & refund the extra charges as compared $68.31/night.

They sold me a hotel room. I went to check into the hotel and the hotel had no rooms. The hotel said they told all their partners 3 days ago they were sold out and I booked the hotel the day before. A week later and still no refund from hotel wiz.

The Hotel? Not satisfied with it. All the extras, like the pool, the fitness center that drove me to choose this location, pool was not in working order and the fitness center was trashed, filthy...

Sat in traffic for 4 hours waiting for what I thought was going to be a wonderful experience at the Hawthorne Suite but to my unexpected surprise I was greatly disappointed when I found out not only was the room that I paid for in an advance not the room that I paid for being false advertisement. Spent at least 2 hours with the front desk attendant comparing what I had paid for to the description of the suite showing that the suite should have been a kitchenette. It was still a waste of time since I was told that they were not able to be accommodated for what I thought I was getting which was a kitchenette not only did I sit in traffic for 4 hours I had a $150 worth of spoiled groceries at this point. I checked back with the front desk from 4:00 till 10:00 p.m. hoping and praying that somebody with a kitchenette would have a canceled reservation. Very very dissatisfied and unfortunately I've stayed with this hotel many times previously but will not again in the future.

Booked through hotel wiz and clearly they have some sort of deal or something because I saved like $150+ on a same night stay in the heart of Boston honestly it was by far the lowest price even beat out all Airbnbs in the area by almost $100! So far my info hasn't been stolen so I'm pleased overall and we stayed at a really nice Hilton I had a great night!

From the onset, Concierge Desk staff very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Great location, nice amenities including Restaurant on the 10th floor, Fitness Center on the seventh floor, ice machine in every hallway on each floor.
Nice view from the room, with privacy blinds to make the room dark if you need it, courteous, attentive, friendly, and helpful staff.

I got a great deal on a 2 night stay at red roof plus. Never have I ever received such a huge discount! I shop around for the best deals always, and everything hotelwiz is hands down the #1 best place to get the best deals

I made a reservation and the dates were wrong and I want to change them. It was a nightmare. I had to make a new reservation and pay for the new reservation and that is where I have the problem. They do not cancel my first reservation and they do not give me credit until now.

The hotel pictures and amenities were exact and in person the hotel was excellent and the check in was trouble free. The staff every person I had contact was friendly. The light dinner was awesome. The sauna wow. The view amazing but hotel ever!

The staff was most helpful and professional. The suite was very comfortable as was the bed. The breakfast choices were terrific. The only problem I had was: I was at one end of of the floor and the ice machine was at the other ( from room 552 to 501).
