Hotelwiz

It was easy to deal with hotelwiz on line. My rate was $132 through you, however at the hotel they charged my card $115. I'm guessing it is because I'm a member. I hope Hotelwiz didn't charge my card too.

No fridge or microwave oven
Advertisement said continental breakfast but apparently doesn't start till 9:30.
Which is totally useless for traveling
Pillows are to small
Don't plan on staying there again

The room was dirty with hair balls in the corner of the bathroom, the smoke detector was missing, the walls were stained, no weather stripping on the door, unsavory people congregated on the bottom floor drinking and smoking pot. One of the worst places I've ever stayed.

I booked through hotel wiz online for a one room 2 queen size beds. The receipt that I received states room type = standard. So I call the next day just to make sure I got my 2 queen size beds. No I did not they gave me a room with a king size bed. HotelWiz said sorry past the 24 hours you can't cancel. So I called Best Western and they said they have specific room types for those online specials so if I wanted the 2 queens size beds I would have to pay an additionl $80 over the already $240 price tag. They wouldn't change their mind so I told them I wanted to cancel. They said I can't. Horrible online service and customer service! Never use Hotel Wiz or Best Western Hotels again!

I booked through Hotelwiz after reading the reviews and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a scam. When I arrived at the hotel I gave them my confirmation number and was promptly given my room key and asked to give a C/C for extra's. I checked out and everything went smoothly as well.

This site advertised lower rates compared to other sites but when I arrived at the hotel after booking, I come to find out I still needed to pay close to $250 dollars in resort fees and parking which wasn't disclosed previously.

First attempt failed. Because price was no longer available. So rebooked at higher price. Appears a bate and switch. I went back and searched again and the lower price appears to still be available. Not cool

Went to check in to the hotel and they did not have a reservation for me. Hotelwiz said they confirmed the room with someone who doesn't even work at the hotel. I spend over $2,000 on a room that I was not able to stay in. The hotel was sold out and I still have not received my refund or email stating I would be refunded.

I booked my hotel room for almost $50 less than any price I could find on other sites so I was thrilled about that. The only thing I didn't like was that it took hours to get the confirmation email so I worried for awhile that the hotel wasn't actually booked, but it did.

Got charged twice, I emailed and got email back. The called few days later, now I have to prove I got charged twice, no big deal, just sent bank statements. But why is it cheaper for me to not go through 3rd party and just go straight to the hotel?

Received email confirmation from Hotelwiz for stay at a Disney World resort. Called Disney resort to confirm and they do not have my reservation using confirmation numbers listed in Hotelwiz email. Very confused and concerned if my paid reservation exists.

It was my first time booking through Hotelwiz, I was able to check in with no problem and it was at the lowest rate available... my took was amazing as well, 12th floor king size with a nice view... very much worth it.

Was not able to check in due to their policy of not renting rooms to people living in the same city. I have not been refunded as of 5/22. Customer service with hotelwiz and the hotel have just been blaming each other

1st experience using a service, Hotelwiz, to to book hotel stay. This was part of a gift for a special couple. It was very easy at a good price. I did call the hotel to confirm they had the booking. I am very pleased with Hotelwiz, they confirmed I had received the confirmation. I will use this device myself for all our travels. Thank you Hotelwiz for taking all the headache away!

I booked it and when I got there they told me that they were overbooked and squeezed us in a tiny room. They had no clean blankets or towels and the place wasn't even cleaned up good. There was black stuff and hair in the bed. Something that resembled pet food was all over the floor. Someone else's was in the toilet.

I thought booking online was better than doing it at the hotel but boy was I wrong. I arrived at the hotel and go to check in I hand the women at the desk my ID and she informs me that they don't rent rooms to local residents no where on the Hotelwiz website did it say no local residents for this hotel. It even asked me for my address before I even put my card info in to pay. If the hotel doesn't rent to locals then the website should not allow the booking especially since payment is non refundable
