Hotelwiz

Hotel wiz had the best prices. I even called the hotel to see if they would match price if I went with them directly. They would not. So I booked it with this website. I checked reviews and they seem to be rated high. We shall see when check in time.

I arrived at the hotel to find that my credit card payment had not gone through. I didn't receive notifications rom HotelWiz. I called HotelWiz and waited online for at least 15 minutes to be told that someone would call me back in 15-20 minutes. Close to an hour later and no luck getting in touch with anyone at HotelWiz again, I booked a room directly at the hotel. This was well after 10 p.m. I never received a call from HotelWiz regarding my reservation and I received an email from the hotel cancelling my reservation. Within a few days, the change for the hotel room from HotelWiz showed up on my credit card - how could it go through suddenly when it didn't go through in the first place? I am waiting a few days before calling to see if the charge is reversed.

Best price of all and easy to book. It would be nice to have a breakdown of the rate plus the applicable other charges before you book. Communication from Hotelwiz was very good after making the reservation.

Easy to di booking for my room that was at last minute i got the best prices overall the other websites and enjoyed my stay for cheap. I had nowhere else to stay the night so im very grateful for this website and how quick i got booked

It felt like a run-down motel that slapped the name La Quinta on it.
The rooms were on the outside, along with the vending and ice machine.
It also had roaches.
I found a large roach inside the coffee machine that I had used earlier.
I moved an electrical charging cord when I pulled my cords from it and over a dozen scattered from beneath it.
Disgusting.

No problem checking in, made sure I preselected the correct dates prior to purchase. Would book again through hotelwiz, just be sure to double check before purchasing hotel room due to no cancellations if you need anything adjusted.

Hotel was made it fast and easy to accomplish my needs of finding the right hotel room at the absolute cheapest rate possible and literally less than 2 minutes I was able to book my room and had my confirmation number in the blink of an eye!

I love how it's seamless to book with you guys! I just needed to stay for one night at your hotel. Turns out I only needed to be there for a few hours. I love how everything was simple, fast, and easy.

I chose this website to book my hotel through because it looked about $20 cheaper a night than advertised. When I arrived to the hotel, they said they would need to charge me the difference between their website's price and this price. You guys say pricing isn't guaranteed until check-in, so I couldn't fight it. But then what is the point of booking through a 3rd party service if the discounted price isn't redeemed?

The price excited me. After I paid and call hotel to confirm. But the hotel said they haven't see my reservation， and there are so many reviews like this is a company sell fake hotel reservation.
But the point is when I arrived the hotel，they have my reservation， and I checked in.

I am a recent survivor of a sexual assault and asked to speak to a female customer service agent for my comfort while making vacation plans. The man who answered hung up on me. I called back and explained why I was asking for a female customer service agent and he hung up on me again. I had every intention of booking through this site, spending over $500 dollars in a tight economy at the last minute and was disrespected. I would have booked online, but I had safety concerns and wanted a female's perspective because men to view safety issues the way women must.

I found myself stranded in Newark NJ after my flight was cancelled. So I hopped on line and I found a great deal on hotel wiz, but I had to be sure It was the best rate. I called up the hotel they quoted me $220 per night, for the same too. I was seeing on hotel wiz for $88 per night!
