The hotel did charge me an extra $5.85 without any rational reasoning. "Because we have to do that with this third party" isn't a really good reason. The manager then complained and said they were going to unlist from all third parties. None of that is any of my business, but I shouldn't have to pay extra for his troubles. It's only $5.85, so I don't care much, but otherwise the experience would be 5 stars.
I booked the day before I needed the hotel and got a good deal. It was nonrefundable, but since it was made the day before I needed it, it didn't matter.

The experience was okay for what I needed. I didn't appreciate the omission behind standard rooms not having a microwave and refrigerator. I was told that if I wanted a room with those "amenities" I would have to cancelled my reservation. I was also confused by the forced housekeeping service and the ultimatum of checking out if housekeeping is skipped or refused.
Literally found this hotel deal way cheaper than another site for the same room. I had the room fully booked with a confirmation email within 3 minutes of finding the listing

We were able to book our hotel in Dublin at the airport and arrive at the room 30 minutes later. Using it was fast and easy, and the fees weren't nearly as bad as other hotel bookers.

I called back and explained why I was asking for a female customer service agent and he hung up on me again. I had every intention of booking through this site, spending over $500 dollars in a tight economy at the last minute and was disrespected. I would have booked online, but I had safety concerns and wanted a female's perspective because men to view safety issues the way women must.
