I ordered funko pops on pre-order which I now know never to do on any site. They won't respond and I'm waiting at least 3 months to report fraud because it very much seems they never send anything then give you a gift card which is legit stealing your money I hope they send but if not I will 100% report fraud with my bank. I've dealt with this before and can be hard to prove but I have many examples here.

Terrible customer service!

Ordered merchandise on 1214/2022. Just now received 3 items of 8 ordered. My merchandise total was $114.50. Despite countless requests for an update, I have no information regarding the rest of the order. Customer service is non-existent with this company. I will never order again. According to other reviews I doubt I'll ever speak to an actual human.

A complete fail
December 22, 2023

Ordered a figure from them in March this year, and after numerous delays regarding the figures were in production, was informed weeks ago they were available and shipping. Still waiting, and a check today shows them being out of stock and unavailable. The customer service is via auto reply and totally worthless, with no interaction on their part. So, I'm out the product, out my money and all I hear are crickets. Guess I'll contact my bank to initiate a claim.
DO NOT ORDER from them.

I ordered over a month ago and had not received any follow up emails regarding my order. I asked ONCE on fb about my order and they are now lying saying I flooded them on social media. The site is kind of horrible and I didn't realize that my email had gone through more than once. What do they do? They cancel my order. They can't take criticism or questions when you ask about your order. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.

I recieved a part of my order about 3 months ago and have been waiting for my last item. I keep trying to reach out through the helpdesk, but only receive canned automatic responses with zero information. There's no easy to find out how much longer I have to wait or even ask for a refund.

Poor packaging
February 19, 2023

I purchased a 7inch special figure "damaged box" item. I was expecting a damaged corner etc which would still be good for display. When it arrived it was covered w HUGE "damaged box" stickers that will not come off. Complete waste of money do NOT buy from this company.

Please visit the product description for further details as it lists:
"All damaged box items contain markers - stickers - and/or both noting that these boxes are damaged box items. These markings will make the packaging virtually non-displayable - so these items are not made for display within their original damaged packaging.

These items are for sale to remove the figures from the packaging. There are no mint packaging options available for figures denoted with damaged box within the title of the product. We are also not able to offer requests for less damage or damage to only part of the packaging. These items are damaged box items - on sale - due to their packaging flaws."

I pre ordered three figures from them, so I knew it would be a long wait, however I have had a shipping notice (without a tracking number) for over two months with nothing arriving. I have tried to reach out to them & the single non-automated response I received was rather rude. I am really disappointed with this company.

Scam

I wish I could leave zero stars. My mom ordered a shirt from this site on December 13th so it's been over two months at this point and she has received nothing. No shipping info, no item, nothing. And the "customer service" is garbage. You can't actually email or reach out to anyone. It has you put in your email and order number and then sends you automated garbage basically saying "it's coming I guess I don't really know". It's insanely unhelpful and frustrating. Did some digging and found out they have comments and messages turned off on Facebook and Instagram because they're scamming so many people they were getting messages they didn't want to deal with. Save your money and shop at terror threads or cavity colors. If my mom never receives this package I will be beyond mad.

All Clothing Items And Drinkware items are Made To Order and directly made for your purchase. As these items are printed at different times, origin print shops and have different license requirements, direct shirt brands will vary. Please visit the size charts listed per shirt for further information.

As these items are made directly for your purchase, they will take at least 10-14 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays) before they are able to ship. Most designs will ship within this timeframe, but exact shipdates will vary depending on the direct license or origin print shop (within the US) per design.

Scammed

They allowed for pre-orders and kept the half the money for undelivered work that they were sold out or not available months after pre-order. Told them I would cause issue if they gave me a voucher or gift card. I paid with cash, not a gift card or voucher. Now I cause an issue over a partial refund. There was no "deposit" made for items understood to be paid in full. That was hidden in Terms of Service.

Terrible experience

I ordered a pre-order figure in the spring that was supposed to ship in the fall of this year (2023) I waited patiently, saw multiple other places ship out the item, nothing from horrormerch. They finally reached out 2 months after it should have shipped and said there was a delay, I said okay, and waited some more. Saw more of these items available other places and I tried to reach out to them about it. Their "Helpdesk" is an absolute joke. I got an auto reply about damaged box items, never a response to my specific order. I tried their socials, they have comments limited and messaging is all automated. Finally, they cancelled my order and gave me store credit. I ordered a different item that stated it was in stock and it would ship in 3-5 days. Fast forward to a month later and it just shipped. Awful, awful, awful. Lesson painfully learned. I missed out on the item I originally ordered for a gift and now the replacement item is too late as well.

Placed an order for three items last july. Customer service is abysmal with no way to contact directly. Refund promised mid december on one of the items though they wouldn't say which one… still not received. Looking at order staus online it shows all three items fulfilled. This has got to be a scam!

Threatening us in email, and posting reviews on third party sites will not speed up this process.

As we previously emailed - as the Thing is on the way to arrive this/next week it will be fulfilled and any remainder will be refunded.

All refunds are processed in the order they were purchased, as we have other refunds ahead of you, they will be refunded once the remainder is sorted and in the order it was purchased.

Order 2 different figures and one was low stock when punched and the other is a pre-order due in the fall so I'm not worried about that one. But the low stock one I thought I would have received by now since I ordered almost a month ago. Any info from legit sources would really help me feel better about my order

No customer service communication

Ordered 2 pre order items in Dec 2022. My order says it shipped May 27,2023. Today is June 20,2023 and I still have yet to receive my order. Tracking is not provided. I emailed the company several times trying to get ANY info on tracking and every time I'm sent the FAQs which does NOT provide any useful info. When you click on tracking it brings you right back to the order page. Very disappointing.

On November 9th of 2022 I ordered a pre order item, and they of course charged immediately on the 10th. Unfortunately I never received any updates or information on my order whatsoever. By now its been over 180 days and the item I ordered doesn't even show up on their website anymore. Additionally there is no way to get in touch with anyone at this "business". They only provide the "help desk" feature on their website, that will just sent you automated messages. Very frustrating! It seems like I'll have to file for a charge back, since they literally stole from me! Beware of their business practices!

Absolutely not $50 worth of anything, even going off highest price ever for the item. Scam. Stay away. Shipping was $#*! and the product is garbage. A $15 funko and a $20 "Father of the action figure" Marty Abrams bull$#*! figure. Will not order from them again. I would advise spending your money elsewhere.

Little Good and a Lot of Unanswered Questions

This business is very inconsistent on fulfilling orders. I have received some of the things I ordered from earlier orders and other stuff that I ordered over a year ago at this point still haven't been delivered. I would definitely recommend that everyone check out their BBB page for complaints and it will tell you all you need to know. Order your horror merchandise from anywhere else and you'll be a lot better off than hoping what you ordered ever shows up or actually gets shipped. I did eventually file a complaint with the BBB and while I received a reply they didn't have any solid answers as to why they couldn't supply what I ordered and other stores could.
