I placed an order with Homary for a ceiling light, which arrived in good time and I was really happy with. I then placed another order for the same light to go into my kitchen. It was only after I placed the order that I realised there is brass in the light and my kitchen is mainly stainless steel, so it wouldn't tie in. I requested to cancel the order and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they came back to me to offer help. They offered me alternative solutions from them, but after I exhausted all avenues I asked for a refund, which they were happy to put through.
1st order great service quality and light looks absolutely brilliant. 2nd order (made in error) sorted nice and quickly with no drama!

I ordered a teak dining set and noticed that Homary was offering it at a lower price a week later. I contacted customer service using the interactive Chat and got a live person! Jenny was amazing, handled the transaction, offered to facilitate a refund. I was lucky that I saved a screen shot of the product with the original price and it was time-stamped. Jenny made the process so easy and was as pleasant as one can be in a chat. If the transaction actually goes through as promised, I will be recommending Homary to my friends and family!
