So frustrated with HitPaw...after downloading everything when I went to use video converter they made me purchase a plan. Then after purchasing the plan I was stuck in trial mode and couldn't accomplish what I wanted. Spent the entire morning trying to convert the video. No customer service...what a scam!

To be honest and Truthful, I have never seen such a real voice changer like this before in my life. It sounds very human and works very well with high quality voices, have try others voice changer but they're sounds robotic and not clear. As long as I'm concerned hitpaw voice changer is the best voice changer I have right now on my PC. Please go and try it for yourself, I bet you won't regret using it. HitPaw is the software I love and highly recommended to people who like to make their lovely and memorable photos with some problems like not clear, no colour balance, with more grain to make in good condition. I bought HitPaw without any hesitation for lifetime after I use the trial version in one time only. HitPaw is value for money. I bought HitPaw for my personal interest but now I recommend it for professionals. As well as I requesting all updates from HitPaw team.

I have used HitPaw for over a year mostly for Spotify downloads. It is awesome to get the playlists that my customers have requested to play at their events and having them on my hard drive is key in case of wifi issues. 5 stars!

I have played around with a number of tools, including complete suites that combine video editing, screen recording into a single product. But I have always run into issues where some features work, some features underperform. Then I came across HitPaw Screen Recorder. The product name pretty much explains what it does. It has simple and fewer options, but works perfectly every time. It has become my goto tool for quick Screen Recording. I hope that they add more features such as multiple scenes (like in OBS) in the future. But as of now, it is Perfect!

The operating experience is very good, the functions are easy to use and there are no shortcomings, and the software for downloading movies or clips and converting files is very easy to use

The product works well, but I don't trust the company at all. I ordered it twice accidentally. They wouldn't refund me the 2nd one. I finally convinced them to give me a refund and they cancelled both of my licenses. So its a good product unless something goes wrong and then very good chance they wont do the right thing by you.

The service I received from the Customer service was excellent; I had a problem, and the solution was swift! A service for which I have no hesitation in stating was second to none. Not only did they deal with my situation of ordering the wrong product, My Fault I hasten to add; they at no extra cost and increased my time of use! The first time I used it, I had a problem with the app, but the support team solved the problem in a really caring way. The problem was solved, and when I tried the program, I took care of my download without any problems. The friendliness of customer service definitely plays an important role when making a choice.

I found some pictures on Facebook that had been beautifully restored. I wondered how they achieved that, and the answer was AI. So, I started looking for software to do the same. I tested many AI software options online and installed them on my computer. The best one I found was HitPaw Picture Enhancer; the results were incredibly good. Pictures taken in the 80s using old film cameras were restored to look as if they were taken with the best current cameras. Therefore, I decided to buy the software, and I'm satisfied with my decision.

Checked out the "functional" demo. Could not export/process! Took over 10 hours to process a 5:30 second mp4! Result was horrible. Support was useless. Stopped replying when I asked for a refund! Over hyped very disappointing prodoct. Verges on a scam!

Let me start by saying you must have a strong video card to make this work. I installed this on a machine that couldn't handle the load and it was useless. I tried a few things with customer service and it just wasn't going to work for a video enhancer. They gave me a new activation number to use on my sons gaming computer and his has been able to convert them at a faster rate. You need a good video card, you need to know it can't work miracles out of very old camcorder movies but it does good, and their customer service was outstanding helping me.

I have a ton of small, noisy images from years ago, and using HitPaw has helped me improve them more than I would've thought possible just a few years ago.

I highly recommend giving it a try.

It has also helped me greatly improve Polaroid scans.

I have been using software for quite sometime and has been found to be a very useful and effective one. It has got most of the functions for a video conversion and its functions are very user friendly. Their support staff are also very co-operative and friendly. I like this very much.
