HitPaw provides features that leverage my tiktok content such as AI Face Dance and AI Photo Dance which is very popular recently. Hope they will extend more template or let user upload personal template!

I had a chance to use HitPaw Video Enhancer after purchasing it, I was surprised at how easy it was to use and great results. I am considering buying the Picture Enhancer to improve my picture quality as well. Good product at a good price.

I've had this program for approx. 2 months and it is still not working. The company states the conversion speed will be exponentially greater than the competitors' conversion speed. The 3 songs the program finally decided to convert took approx. 5mins per song, and the songs were 3-4mins long. Hitpaw is responsive, but they stated they will work on a resolve but did not have an ETA for the resolution. I have attempted to use their program again, and I have received the same results. This is the SLOWEST program I've utilized for conversion.

Absolutley amazed by the video enchancer reuslts. Old blurry video footage can be upscaled to 4K with lots of new detail and definition. I am still amazed everytime I convert another old video, its like magic!

My absolute favorite program. Downloads super fast and the best thing is that you can listen to other music at the same time. That's just great! Kind regards, Dirk

Been using Hitpaw for a while now to enhance a few old family videos I had, been really impressed with the results so far, and their customer service has been awesome!

I bought 2 programs and they worked perfectly on my pc, very easy to use. Technical assistance friendly and replies in a short time. I'm completed satisfied.

It is truly an amazing program that allows you to edit images to very good quality

This program was very easy to install and simple to activate. The program itself is also straight forward. You simply draw your movie into the program, click run and the video uploads into the AI homepage, and you download the finished Video. There is a preview screen where you can see the original and enhanced video side by side before downloading. I recommend it!

1-4. I only know the Business from a user, and customer point of view. If there was a suggested improvement, it would be to make a little more affordable, and be able to Edit, size, color, video box. Slower/or faster.,ect... before the Enhancement button.
My review overall, Surprising? Far Superior Video Enhancements, I ever seen. The need for a high processing computer should be more announced, or noticed, because at first it would take way to long, and cut out randomly, and made my laptop ultra slow if trying to use the enhancer, and reg stuff. IMPOSSIBLE. I investigated, got a better performing Laptop, and I can use my computer anytime, while using HITPAW, and downloads got much faster, with no more errors. I will purchase again, and with to own.
5. I am a disabled painter from Brooklyn, Im 42 and I love Enhancing old memories. I love in NV now, and was asked to write a review, for a free second Computer use of their product. I conditionally accepted with ana dictional 1 free month, upon resubbing, for another year. Hopefully, a small discount, every little bit helps. Customer service is fast in responding, as I hope they are here. Ty

So: these guys are blowing dust in your eyes. All they are required to do is remove the watermark and nothing else. I bought the full version and downloaded the first file and this program just failed. I assumed that maybe there was something wrong with the file and started looking for another product. I found this one watermarkremover io and uploaded my file, five minutes later the watermark was removed and I uploaded it in the highest resolution. Next I explained to the HiTpaw guys that their program does not meet my needs and does not do a simple task and ask for my money back. They replied that their program is perfect and I am a fool and we will not give you your money back, choose another product from our junk and we will replace it. But why do I need junk? I need my money.

Conclusion: don't waste your money with Hitaw - it's cheap, there are great products on the market.

I want to alert you to a deceptive practice employed by HitPaw, known as "Automatic Renewal," targeting previous subscribers to their services. This automatic renewal occurs without prior notification to the customer, depriving them of the opportunity to decide whether to renew or not. I initially subscribed to their service for one month to use one of their programs. However, I was surprised to find that my subscription was automatically renewed for $73 the following month without my consent.

Upon contacting HitPaw to cancel the subscription, as I did not want it and had not used their program, HitPaw refused my request. They cited their Rules and Conditions, stating that they do not accept this reason for issuing a refund. Essentially, this indicates that if you fail to cancel your previous subscription, HitPaw will exploit this to its advantage and take your money against your wishes.

This conduct is unacceptable for any reputable company. The foundation of providing any service should be based on customer acceptance and satisfaction. I caution you against doing business with HitPaw, given their manipulative tactics.

Is very good result I change many old school black and white photo to Color If You don't want to learn how to using very difficult software

I've had been trialing a number of AI upscalers and background removal tools and nothing has come close to Hitpaw - it just works, no learning curve just one click and you're done.

The addition of portrait AI in the recent updates is a pleasant addition - software is maintained well and it's really fast! (M1 MacBook Air) even on MASSIVE upscale JOBS (e.g. *******@300dpi)

I recently purchased a copy of HitPaw Video Converter which I am very happy with I had a couple of operational issues which I emailed HitPaw about, they were very helpfully and always replied to my emails which I believe is very important as nowadays a lot of companies state they give 24 hours 7 days a week support but very few do.

Hi I am using photo editor. This is really good and very easy to use. First time i have seen that it convert the black and white pictures to color pictures and convert low resolution pictures to very high resolution pictures. Overall this is very good product and usew for life time
