Hershey's Chocolate

With excitement I bought the festive moments pack for a friend...Hershey's you have fooled me with fancy packaging where the cost of chocolate inside was very less than what I paid with the packaging...unaware of whats inside...plz dont buy based on the outer appearance.!

You're not even worth rating a 1 star, your Reese cup is so nasty I put them all in the trash where they belong. They need to be taken off the market and stop ripping people off. Unfortunately I had to give u star

Totally scammed. Packaging is nothing at all like the product inside. Shame on Hershey. I've requested today that the pull all of this product off the shelves. How deceitful to trick people this way..

In my bag of nibs candy there was a white sparkly fake fingernail. So I was eating my bag of nibs then stuck to 1 of my nibs the fingernail was in there. Sadly i throw out the nail so I can not add photos and my trash smells like week old used coffee beans.

I will no longer buy any Hershey's products after they fired their unvaccinated employees. It is immoral and disturbing. The vaccinated are spreading the china virus a lot more than the unvaccinated. Should fire them instead. Go woke, go broke.

I just want to say how amazing Hershey products are. My family and I absolutely love every single one of them and can't get enough of them! Thank you much for making such delicious treats

My all time favorite Easter treat is the Hershey's candy coated milk chocolate eggs. Just to get that delicious chocolate after that first bite is sooo good. I remember when we could get them all year around except they were called prisms I believe due to the fantastic colors. We used to do like Easter egg hunts all year for a special treat for the children. Would like to see again... all year around and maybe also try in a dark chocolate.

Your poor decision unconstitutional decision to force your employees that make your business tick is disgusting. Trust me you're going to regret making this decision and it's my duty to put on blast every company that is forcing this unconstitutional decision upon the people. You should be ashamed of yourself being bought like that. Let's see how good your stock does this coming year

I've always liked Hershey's and it's the main chocolate I usually buy, but not anymore... no more in this house. They jumped on the LGBQT June bandwagon with their kisses are for everyone' video, and I'm fed up with it all. Finding another chocolate company with traditional values to support and enjoy... It's a shame too because Hershey is such an American icon and a decent product. Does it make sense from a business standpoint to suck up to <4.5% of your customer base and piss off the rest of us off?

The worst theme park experience ever. It took an hour to navigate the extremely busy parking lot and wait in line to get through the gate and security. Then I had to wait 20 minutes in line at guest relations. Then I had to get in another line to redeem the all day dining and plan and souvenir drink cup where I waited 30 minutes in line to order one pizza. I arrived at the park at 11:30 am and by 1:30 pm, I had done nothing but stand in line for admission, guest relations and food.
We did not get to do any roller coasters because the wait was anywhere between 90 and 105 minutes. We had planned to visit the water park but there were so many people there, we were unable to do that.
It was a complete waste of $250. I actually called customer service while I was waiting in line to give them feedback about my experience The rep said she would have a manager call me back, I still have not heard back from anyone.

PURCHASE A BAG OF MINI CANDIES THAT HAD MILK DUBS. OPEN A BOX OF MILK DUBS AND FOUND 4 ROCKS INSTEAD OF CANDY! Spoke to customer service so they were aware of the batch and factory information on the box. They said sorry and here is a $3 coupon. I wanted them to investage so a child doesn't open one.

Much as I have loved Hershey's all my life, no more. I'm done supporting "woke" businesses. So sadly, no more Mounds, Reese's, Cadbury, Kit Kat, and every other Hershey's product.

Had a really bad experience I've bit into a candy bar I bought. And I started choking really bad almost couldn't catch my breath. Then I realize looking at the candy bar the candy bar had a big piece of white substance in it not sure what it is really sick of my stomach throwing up my throat got scratched from Whatever It Is Going sideways in my throat very unhappy call customer service took pictures everything going to the hospital very very upset what kind of business you guys run trying to kill people

The new holiday flavor - hot cocoa with marshmallow flavored crème is so terrible, there is not hint of marshmallow, tastes bad. What's wrong with their taste testers?

I love Hersheys chocolates. However very disappointed with my large mail order. It arrived in time during the pandemic in 2021 but we couldn't gift them right away as intended. Were disappointed to notice a quick expiration date on the boxes. Mever realized chocolates expire so quickly. Contacted Hershey but no one cared. They said they fulfilled the order and met their obligation. Didn't expect such an answer from such a good company. Beware. Ask about expiration dates. They don't disclose upfront and wexas consumers don't know better.

I order alot online and this experience probably my worst.
Clunky poorly designed site. Not sure after finishing if my order went through. Waited 2 days for a confirmation. None received. Ordered again. Got email this time. A dew days later checked my bank balance, found 2 identical charged from world pantry.' cslled Hersheys. Turns out first order did go through. A few days later, tracking info said order was delivered by LS. Was not received. Called LS. They said their driver was sure it was delivered. Today, a box delivered, but wrong item. Wow. Screwed up at every point, every level. Will NEVER ordrr again. Strongly urge others to stay away
