I order alot online and this experience probably my worst.
Clunky poorly designed site. Not sure after finishing if my order went through. Waited 2 days for a confirmation. None received. Ordered again. Got email this time. A dew days later checked my bank balance, found 2 identical charged from world pantry.' cslled Hersheys. Turns out first order did go through. A few days later, tracking info said order was delivered by LS. Was not received. Called LS. They said their driver was sure it was delivered. Today, a box delivered, but wrong item. Wow. Screwed up at every point, every level. Will NEVER ordrr again. Strongly urge others to stay away
Hershey sold out all WOMEN. Woke bull$#*!. Hershey decided to ignore all the strong, beautiful women and put a man on their chocolate bar for International WOMEN'S Day. Despicable

I ordered the 4lb. Pink foil Hershey Kisses for an event. First notice from Hershey was the item was backordered and would be sent in a week. I thought, "nice fresh kisses". Received the pkg about a week later. Packaged the kisses for the event without opening a kiss. After the event, I had a few leftover and found most had that white ashiness on them. To me this means they were old. Be sure to check before you give out to others.
The Kit kat thin had no wafer,it only had chocolate which I thought,was strange. Things aren't made like they use,to be.
Great chocolate, but would be great if the company commits to use cleaner ingredients and introduce more gluten-free options.
I am a true chocolate lover and I can barely imagine the day without chocolate. To my mind, nowadays people are so bothered about their health but actually I don't care about it. I understand that I have a good health and I eat sweeties daily for more than ten years. I prefer the chocolate from this company, because hershey's produce awesome sweeties. I can't describe how delicious are their products and I just want to express my gratitude to them. I would definitely buy chocolate from this company because I literally have never eaten something more delicious than their products.
Hershey's is my favorite chocolate brand. I think they have the best tasting milk chocolate in the world. As for value over money, it is way better than other chocolates who brand themselves best and price their products way high.

I eat Hershey's all the time. I make sure that I always have supplies. I just love it!
Dear Lord how good they are! Have you tried the white Hersheys with the black cookies? These are the best! Surprisingly, I'm not much of a Reeses fan, but those white chocolates fully deserve your attention.
I love reeses rounds and had a small issue with a purchase that the customer service team could not have been more helpful with. They emailed me back very promptly and even sent me some more packs! Not only do I love hershey products but I also love how much the employees care about their customers. Well done hersheys!
I love Hershey chocolate and I don't usually find any faults but today I bought a bag of Hershey extra cream solid milk chocolate bells and there was a piece without a wrapper and not to appetizing to look at. The reason I am saying anything is that candy isn't cheap and losing even 1 piece isn't right.
It's just delicious chocolate. My favorite, I guess. My whole family eats Hershey's chocolate and honors its taste. Honestly, it feels like their chocolate doesn't change over the years, but remains as tasty and soft. If I want to treat myself or just have a bad day, I buy myself a Hershey's chocolate bar and forget about everything :)

Hershey milk chocolate is my favorite milk chocolate because of the richness and the taste of this chocolate is very delicious and the aroma of this milk chocolate is so good that you can't wait to bite it and the pieces of this chocolate are so soft and smooth that it melts in the mouth and Hershey is a brand with vast quality chocolate products, so as per my view Hershey milk chocolate is the best milk chocolate
I hate that u can see all the little dots of chocolate on the bottom of the cookies and cream hershey bar.It doesnt look pleasing and is very disturbing to see. I have tryphobia and it triggers me.
This shake is worst. It's like u have given increqm itself. And in last it's soo sweet. Omgg so much of sugar taste is coming.
Please improve the taste and reduce sugar
Love this brand but I dislike that they are using cheaper subtitutes to real sugar, such as high fructose corn syrup which is very unhealthy compare to real sugar, I get the cot cutting part, I'd rather pay more but get the real deal, other than that their chocolates are awesome!
