Always order from you guys, BUT i noticed many of the herbs i buy are not in stock when i need them, so i have been giving my business to other companies more. You need to keep in stock popular items like Damiana and wild lettuce for example.

Don't get me wrong, the herbs are top-notch and I love that I don't have to worry about the quality. However, the shipping price is outrageous and you have to spend $250 to even get free shipping. I could see how the price of herbs would go up because of Tariffs but if you are gonna jack up the price of the herbs, at least drop the shipping price a bit.

I've order from Monterey Herb company for a couple of years now and the service is always great! The products are excellent, and I go nowhere else to buy my herbs. My only compliant is the shipping cost. Its a bit high.

I have ordered herbs here for years. It was always $8.50 for shipping. Now it is gone totally. Last time I ordered it said it would be on my order but nothing i did got it there. As traditional methods of medicine become increasingly out of reach for every day people herbal medicine will be rising ing usage. Get ready and please be of the healer class of businesses and keep costs to a minimum as much as possible. Let big Pharma be the greedy unaffordable entities they have become.

Love your selection and quick turn around. One problem is that we use asafoetida in some of our banishing kits, but it is so very hard to find. Would you consider carrying this in the future?

Not only is the website easy to navigate but ordering is also just as easy. My orders sometimes take a little longer but are not outrageous. I also love that there is a notify option when an herb I want is out of stock.

So apart from quality herbs and teas they also have creative uses for them and the customer service is very good and my packages arrive on time and I receive updates from the carrier. An excellent company with high quality products.

I always get my herbs from here because it's cheaper than almost everywhere else I've checked (even with my discounts on their sites) and the quality is fantastic. Honestly, my only compaint would be I wish the threshold for free shipping was lower.
