Unhappy customer dress nothing like picture when
I asked for refund or to change to another style wanted to give me a 70% discount of another garment

I am so disappointed the dress looks like a doll clothing material nothing like the photo it is so ugly the won't take it back offering 10% back on a dress I will NEVER wear for my wedding.

Customer service was good But delivery was slow an quality of dress not great

I have returned the dresses and am still waiting to hear from you regarding my refund

Only just over 2 weeks for delivery, tracking information was good. Dress is very well made and true to size. Overall great experience ordering with Hebeos.

I have just received a dress I purchased which arrived very creased as was packaged in a small jiffy parcel bag instead of a large box even though I was charged over £20 for postage / packing.

I have complained to customer service person called Cherry - informing that I need to return the dress as it doesn't fit and very poor quality. She's refusing to process a returns label and refusing to refund me although this was not noted on the T@C that goods purchased was non refundable. I will not be buying anything from Hebeos and plan to take this complaint further

Website was easy to use and understandable. Was very easy to go through the ordering and sizing. The size charts are very helpful. Was custom size but was made quickly and arrived in about 3 weeks which I thought was amazing. Very happy with the quality of my dress and will definitely recommend to others and use in the future.

The zip is faulty on the back of the dress and no good. Also it is very hard to speak to someone to get the dress returned and refunded
