I text the company on Friday the 15th see if I can get a return slip back from ya so I can return to unisex grub pants for smaller size and nobody had got back to me. I think it's bad business when you don't send a return slip just in case you want to return the product for another size or something different.

Last time I ordered my test strips came the next day. This time it took two weeks. I was afraid they were lost.

Pros: Easy to use website. Relatively fast delivery to Hawaii.

Cons: Too expensive Shipping and Handling

Bought a product that was unable to purchase on the manufacturer's website. Came in great condition and arrived earlier than expected without paying for rushed shipping fees.

Took a while for product to ship. Not the same formula but has the same reference # but old formula has 5% Dimethocone. New one shipped only has 1.5%. Orange scent is weaker too. Why?

Excellent. Ordered 2 bases and poles. One base was back ordered. I immediately got a response from Healthcare Supply explaining the reason for the delay. It arrived several days later but still less than a week after placing the original order. Highly recommend this supplier.

I had purchased two sets of scrubs. The prices were great and the quality as well. However they did not fit well. I had to return which was very easy and the customer service was excellent. My only issue was the "blanket" restocking fee of $20.00. So a $65.00 order ended up with a $20 + another $1.20 in tax deduction from my order. There is no way the shipping cost came anywhere near $20.00. It cost me $6.53 to send back.
