Good web sight easy to navigate. But I didn't get a copy of my order or invoice through my email.
Since this was a credit card order and company order I really needed that And when I tried to call so many different numbers no answer or call back.
I placed my order. It was easy. I received this email to confirm that I received it with a link to click on it. But then it had other options which were not highlighted in blue and i needed to click on the link that i have not received it. Can anyone reach back to me please.

Item is too large. Unable to get a real person on any of the phone numbers. I live very close to your "retail store" but it doesn't exist. Wanted to take item back to avoid more shipping costs. Please advise.

Very difficult to get customer service. Phone message says email for quickest response, yet it still took over a week to get a response. Turned out cushion was back ordered. Early notification of this back order would have relieved my concerns. Once the cushion was available I was given a tracking number and everything went very smoothly.
Called several times to inquire the product details but no answer. So I have to order online. It was delivered next day but too short (it says 14" in the description, but only 10" - just like the other tube that I ordered from another site)
Scrub top was too big for me and I was unable to change my size for the second shipment once I received the first shipment. As a result i will have to send back all the scrub tops and pay for according to someone that sent me an email from customer service. Not happy with this situation especially when I was trying to prevent you guys shipping me the same ill-fitting top for my second shipment.
1-There was supposed to be a 20% off coupon applied that I don't see got applied.
2-there was supposed to be a price decrease for purchasing 5 items-I don't see where that got applied.
3-the linking back & forth to PayPal for a credit card purchase is confusing.
4-I thought I had completed a purchase last week that apparently didn't go through for some unknown reason. May be related to the Pay Pal back and forth...
5-my order of 7 items keeps coming in bits and pieces... First 1 item... then 2 more items... Still have 2 more items to go...
The rest of my satisfaction and willingness to recommend to others is TBD
I wouldn't buy from this seller again. Forget trying to contact them. Phones are not answered. Email was not answered. The only way I got a response was when I filed a complaint with PayPal. Their 1-9 business day shipping simply isn't true
I ordered two products. I was emailed the next day that one of the products I ordered was out of stock. I was given an option to go with a similar product, and I did. I was told that my order would be shipped immediately. It was not. A week later I sent an email asking why my order had not been shipped. The email was not returned, and I mysteriously received a shipping notice the next day.
The 3cc syringes I ordered are of such low quality that they are almost unusable.
There really didn't seem much "pro" about the healthcaresupplypros.
I received my order at the time that i supposed to get it. But after i received it i saw the same order in other company cheaper than what i already paid. Around 80 dollars different.
Was ok but product ordered was not what was shipped! I am ok with the substitution but not sure if the price was the same. However it arrived in a very short time!
I had order couple of times and the first order was delivered after 20 plus days. I ordered xs pro scrubs, misty color. The top did fit well, the pants were so small like for kids size, tried to contact them to exchange and I was told no return or exchange, if by any can we they will approve the exchange it will be a cost for sending that back. I went and ordered the same scrubs but got sized up to Small. I got the pants but not the top. However, the fitting is like a large size - huge difference in sizing. Wearing the top from previous order, the fabric start peeling and looks terrible.
My orders was a lil bit over $50.00 but times 2 it's still some money that I lost due to quality and huge difference in sizing as they are universal sizes.
Not worth the wait and loosing the money.
Hello, I was supposed to get my order by 1/20/23. I emailed customer service and asked for a tracking number and an update, but they failed to provide any proof that the order had been shipped.
This is my first time ordering from this company. I hope they come through. I don't want to have to cancel, but will do so if I don't get a tracking number soon to confirm the product is being sent to me. I will also have to report this as a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. So please let me know what is going on with my order, so I don't have to do that. Thank you.
