Over that last 30 years, we have purchased 3 of these benches. If it not for the aluminum rusting a bit on the underside, we would never have to replace them. So a 10 year lifespan makes this bench a great buy.

Confusing to list all the shipping option fees - hard to know what your final bill will be. I'd like a confirmation that shows only the exact amount that's being billed. However, my order was received in great shape and very, very quickly - and at a great price. I will definitely be a repeat customer and tell my friends about Healthcare Supply Pros.

Good selection but found scrub tops for slightly less elsewhere, but you had a lower minimum purchase for free shipping. It balanced out with a slight advantage to your company. Thank you for selling the Medline drainage bags in bulk at a great price. They are sent directly to my 94 year old mother who has been in lock down since March due the pandemic. She is in an assisted living community and knowing she is receiving her bags is a blessing!

Received the scrubs and scrubs were a different color than portrayed online (held current scrubs to the screen) contacted the customer service line twice to get the return paperwork. Found a $20 restocking fee on the paperwork, no comparable scrubs in the color needed for my department. Disappointing experience overall. Will not use again and will discourage others in our 1000 bed hospital from using this company.

A previous order was shipped in 3 different segments over a period of several weeks. This material was urgently needed by our parent company. We are re-ordering hoping to receive the entire order in one shipment very quickly so it can be hand-delivered to our parent company overseas.

First time customer so lets see when receive product to give more review.Did recieve product sooner than expected.Saying this because had emailed asking for asap delivery and to my amazement received item that same day and product is of great quality.

Easy to find the things I need for cheaper prices than the insurance company provider

Not a satisfying experience. I attempted to call at least five numbers and was not able to contact anyone, nor being given an opportunity to discuss a damaged part and another part missing. I would still appreciate an opportunity to discuss these with someone in your company.

Communication was poor and delivery was slow. It wasn't until I said I was going to cancel my order that someone actually emailed me back. I have other choices for purchasing products like this. I would be skeptical about ordering from you again.

The assortment of QUALITY medical supplies was GREAT! There are no other adhesive dressings more durable and long lasting than Coverlet. My husband works in construction & all other products fall off prior to him ending his work day! Now he is happy when he comes home.:-) Jeanette & Chris

Overall experience was great. 1 pair of pants has a bad draw string so I have to send it back for a refund then rebuy another pair as the company doesn't yet do exchanges. The rest of my order was perfect.

Healthcare Supply Pros has been great to work with. There was one instance where we had a mix up on our order. I called and had a return label within minutes and the correct products within a couple of days. We haven't been able to beat their prices for the products we purchase.
