Claimed my costumes would be here on a certain day, paid for priority shipping. When they weren't, i checked, and they were still processing. I then talked to consultant. They were "unavaliable" even though I was allowed to choose them and they had no trouble charging me. Representative had no knowledge of when they would be in stock.

I ordered some costumes online from this site. I specifically searched for companies in AU so I knew it could arrive by Halloween. I could see that it said it was shipping from qld and yet I still had to pay over $40 to get it to me before Halloween with three weeks to go. No where in aus charges $40 + to ship even express. Then when I got the costume I'd paid $80 for it was terrible quality. I processed a return only to be sent a packing slip with a returns address to Minnesota in the USA. I had to pay another $47 to send it back. I'm $160 out of pocket with no costume for Halloween. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend! So dodgy!
Ordered a costume and the sizing was completely off, several sizes too small for my child. They don't do simple exchanges. Charge 18% restocking fee, yet claim to be a small business. Long hold times (55 customers ahead of me when I called). The person over chat couldn't help me, told me I had to call. Called and there was a 55 person wait. The lady told me she would provide "fun bucks" in my account to cover the restocking, which didn't happen. This place is dishonest and a complete waste of time and money. Do not order from here.

I looked online and the shoes in my size were sold out! How could they be reshipping them? Then I called again, do you think they will contact you when they f-up? The costume I purchase is missing items. Upon checking their return policy I would need to pay shipping plus an 18% restocking fee which is fine if it was change of mind but it was missing items. Why should the customer have to pay for anything if it's faulty.

I ordered the Beetlejuice blazer, which is absolutely amazing and mostly excellent quality. The one I received however, had a pink stain on it as soon as I received it. I started a return for it, and the CS rep I was working with through the chat function of their site was very helpful, Jessica B. She helped me through the entire return process, which at first seemed pretty painless. It's no Amazon return, and I had never bought anything from this site before, but initially it went well. Until the end - I paid for priority shipping to receive the blazer initially. In my opinion since I received a damaged product, I should have been able to do a straight across even exchange and not have been out any addtional money. That however, was not the case. After spending well over an hour in a chat box with this woman, she informed me she could not credit the shipping and that I would have to call the customer service line. I do not have any more time to waste on this, so I am leaving my experience to hopefully deter others from buying from this site and experiencing the same frustrations I am currently dealing with.
