I bought the jean leggings and was in love with them. Fit well and were very comfy. After wearing the about 6 times and washing them twice ( a month later) they started to rip in the thigh and crotch area. Not small rips either about two-three inch holes on both sides. I reached out to customer service and was asked to provide photos which I did. Then I was met with obviously copy and pasted email replies. They offered a gift card and I asked if this was just a fluke pair and if I ordered another pair would they rip again in a month. They refused to give me a straight answer and just kept replying with " would you like a gift card or refund?" Finally I was able to get some sort of response which was " sorry we are not able to control the details of quality control." What is the point of having quality control if you as a company can't control it? I went with the refund which was quick to come through. It's a shame because I really loved them before they started ripping. I would not recommend buying!
So I ordered 2 pieces from Halara. One was a pair of leggings- Cloudful® High Waisted Crossover Side Pocket Plain Plus Size Full Length Leggings *1- which were 45$. They are the best leggings of my life(but also why in the world are they $45?) It feels like you are walking around naked. They are thin so they are not great for the weather if there is cold or a chill. They also have already caught near the ankle on something and look slightly damaged. After 1 wear.
What I hate... really hate is the dress! Everyday Deep V Neck Ruffled Hem Velvet Plus Size Mini Chill Dress- Looks so pretty from far away in the pictures but up close I can verify this fabric feels like the tacky cheap fake velvet for Christmas stockings and not something I would want to wear on my body. Also there was a thread sticking out prior to being worn- not sure how well made the seams are. It is way too big. I wear a size 22 usually so I float between 2x and 3x. I went with the 3xl as everyone said true to size. I will tell you the truth- I am swimming in it- everywhere and its not a flattering style on. The fabric is very stretchy so If I were to purchase this again i would do a size 1x or 2x- this is far too large. Save yourself the cost and hassle. The leggings were great- I think the dresses are a bit like Shien- and they are all coming from China- This is not a $50 plus dress. I would not pay $30 for this on sale at Walmart.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the selection of products was excellent. By the way, the prices were also very reasonable.
I recently purchased 2 of the Everyday Cloudful Air Crossover Side Pocket Skirt. The sizing was off and when I tried to return it, I had to take pictures of each garment, the bag it came in and submit via their website for approval to return. I received an email saying my return was "approved", but they did not include the return mailing address (You foot the cost of returns, Halara does not provide a return label). I emailed them again, and then they came back and told me they'd give me a gift card in the amount of my return and I could keep the 2 skirts that didn't fit. I have now emailed customer service 3 times for the return address. Take this into consideration before shopping at Halara!
I paid over $112 on three pair leggings. I get an email saying they're going to be late. Then I get an email saying that they were lost. I contacted them through email three times. Nothing. I finally get a response telling me that they refunded me… $15 when I paid over $112.

I bought a Christmas gift for my daughter on this website. Didn't fit, and now they won't return my money. Do NOT buy from them...go to Macy's or Amazon. Horrible service. Lesson learned the hard way.

Their return policy is completely ridiculous and inefficient for both parties. You have to email back and forth several times over a weeks time to get all these "approvals" to get a return. I'm sure they do it so someone forgets, emails get lost or sent to junk or people just get fed up and don't want to waste their time. I would never order from them again.

I placed an order on 12/12/22, not knowing that items would be coming from China. Today, is 12/22/22 and I still don't have order. They should tell you that the items would be shipped from China. I would have know that I would not receive in time for Christmas. I have contacted them and they keep telling me to wait for shipping site to be updated. While I have a tracking number it does me no good, cause they don't update the site.

While the fit and comfort are great the Jean leggings I bought 4 months ago are literally falling apart at the seams. They were only washed and dried on gentil. I will spend the extra money for more trusted quality products in the future.
