And the great benefit of this software, we can use it to automatically backup various files to multiple backup hard drives.

Gs Richcopy360 is a blazing speed demon that leaves Windows dust in its wake. I've been using it for years,copying large files is no longer a time-consuming chore.
Running it is a breeze,choosing source and destination and transferring files is so easy. It has needed features like scheduling backups and copying open files. Also I can even set it to run silently in the background, ensuring that data is safe without interrupting the flow.

When I started use of Gs Richcopy, I found peace of mind. The program has a great possibility to be tuned to our needs and works always.It can sync files between PCs or PC to cloud with no other software needed. Good auditing of all activity Option to keep multiple versions and deleted files and It can run as a service.

I have been using Gs Richcopy360 for three years now. It makes life so much easier when one can set up regularly backed up files so that two clicks can initiate a back up and yet one can retain a variety of options for unusual circumstances.
We use it for two purposes:
- To keep desktop computer files synced with a flash drive.
- To back-up files to a network drive

I found it a lot of flexibility to face my specific cases.

The process to get everything migrated over between Dropbox to Onedrive super user friendly. All it takes is a few clicks to get your cloud platforms linked to the Gs Richcopy360 and get the migration started. The most difficult part about the process is making sure your team understands the process behind migrating between Dropbox to Onedrive. Customer service is also amazing as they are very responsive and informative.

Gs Richcopy easily backup the data over cloud, ease of implementation because a newbie can easily deploy it on cloud, customer support is very good and team is responsive, I'm using it on a frequency of twice a week, it has a lot of number of features and the integration is easy.

One downside:
The tool does not support my main language "Danish".

GS Richcopy has a lot of features, but easy to use if you want to be minimalist. However, lots of features to address various scenarios. We use the WebDav connectivity feature which is great for Cloud storage connectivity.
The customer service is great and very responsive. I was able to work out a fair price for a particular situation, specific to our situation, I am very satisfied with both the product as well as customer service.

Our task was to send files via Synology Drive to a special folder. As soon as they arrive on the NAS they should upload to a given FTP server and deleted on the NAS. That was possible by a powershell script but it was headache!
So using Gs Richcopy 360 for this task is the best choice for us. We are happy with it

Nice user interface makes this much easier to use than many other Folder Sync programs. Setting a one-way mirroring job is easily accomplished, and it has several scheduling options. It works flawlessly and has all the needed features. It can back up to the cloud service as well as the local NAS server. It is super-flexible and super-powerful too.

I like the scheduler in Gs Richcopy 360 which saves me a ton of waiting time, it enables me to line up several copy/move jobs that gets processes one after another. I can't do that with File Explorer and

Gs Richcopy 360 allows you to make backup copies of the files very easily and with a large number of functions and configuration possibilities. Includes a wizard that will guide us step by step through the process of creating the backup, has file filters, file encryption, file compression and utilities to handle and automate backups.
Support is fantastic; user interface is slightly old school; working options are visible; step-by-step procedure; back-up scheduler.
The only downside for this software is its pricing. It can be slightly cheaper.

I love that Gs Richcopy is handy, and I can use it however I like, depending on what my needs are or may become. If you are not a professional technical person, don't run away just yet! Yes, you have to open up the instructions and put the pieces together for this one, but it really isn't all that hard and I think it's worth the effort. It has great assistance from its customer service, and I like that this software works with the FTP protocol. In addition, it saves me the time.

I've been using Gs Richcopy360 for years. They have a variety of versions and a professional feature which allows me to schedule backups and the ability to backup specific files, folders, or drives.
It offers an efficient, simple and straightforward way to automate backup of my files by just copying them to another location.
