Very helpful with problems on computer and very quick to fix it. Glad we can just pick up the phone and get it sorted. It takes the stress out of your hands if you have any problems. Sanjay Gupta - Did a great job. I had downloaded McAfee to supersede Norton because McAfee was supposed to be better. I immediately got attacked by a storm of popups. Then I was told it was a trojan and McAfee could do nothing about it; I WOULD Have to sign up for a $399 support function. I said "No" repeatedly and went back to you. Sanjay removed McAfee, reinstalled Norton, and after a while, fixed the popup trojan or whatever it was. I love you guys.
