Graze has been one of the best discoveries for me. I was looking for a healthy way to snack. Most "healthy" snacks are either boring, not satisfying or leave me hungry & wanting something else. Graze snacks are exciting! I look forward to going to the mailbox every Tuesday to see what's next. I snack without feeling guilty. I'm always satisfied. I plan to start giving some of the boxes to the widows & weight conscious people in my neighborhood & church. To me "Graze" means good snacking!
My experience with Graze has always been a positive one; from making order off of the website, contacting customer service or things dealing with my subscription box. The snacks are delicious and it's easy to order more if you find a favorite!
I've read through some of these reviews and don't believe half of them. Graze is great! The price is excellent. $6 for 4 snacks with free shipping? When was the last time you tried to ship anything? Very expensive. Make my own snacks? Sure but that would cost an arm and a leg to get all of the wonderful ingredients you get in these snacks. I love the variety and while I don't love everything sent, I have the option to "trash" items that have ingredients that I don't like or trash items I've tried and don't want to receive again. Free box? You bet! The credit card thing is for a hold charge. The $1 holding charge goes away. This is a great service and it's fun. C'mon, where else can you get a surprise in the mail that isn't a bill and is tasty and inexpensive? Just try it. Now excuse me while I snack on my hot cross yum.
I have really liked most of the snacks that they provide at Graze. And what's nice is when you don't like something you are go on the website and "Trash" that snack so you don't receive it again. I had set it up to try everything and then would rate them once I tried them. There were a few I really didn't like. The soups were horrible and the ones with dried fruit are really not my cup of tea. There is also a "snooze my box" feature where you can postpone receiving a box if you are still working on your current one. So you don't get overwhelmed with snacks. Love that option! I have really enjoyed my experience with Graze and even recommended it to my co-workers who started Graze accounts too.
I hesitated at first to sign up because of the idea that I'd be spending over $10 a week on snacks. But, thinking about it I realized that I spend at least that much already on candy, chocolate, and random junk food.
Signing up was a great decision. Now each week I get excellent quality and nutritious snacks for a reasonable price. My wife has hijacked a lot of those snacks, so I got her some extra multi-packs on top of the weekly subscription. Awesome company, awesome snacks.
The snacks have been amazing, really tasty. They taste too good to be healthy. I had an issue with a missing box, and customer service was amazing. I would totally recommend this place! I look forward to my new box each time.
Appears Graze has shut down. Have been a sub for 4 years and now nothing is available on their site. Strange way to shut down by telling everyone they no longer deliver. (BTW they ship from Jersey and I'm in Jersey. Soo...)
It's exciting to receive a new box of healthy snacks every week plus it keeps me from eating candy bars. I love the variety in each pack and the ability to review each box so my choices become more customized for me.
Except for some mix ups with mailing my experience has been mostly positive. My only negative comments is that the snacks are so small! But for twelve dollars it's great and the flap jacks are always good. It's a great way to try out new snacks and combinations I never would've tried before.
It's so nice to have a different snack in my lunch box every day! Also all the snacks are delicious, I find that when I rate each snack individually on the site, trying to decide whether I just "like" or "love" something is the biggest problem I've had with the service so far.
I love that graze comes right to my mailbox. My husband and I have started eating better because I would never remember to get stuff like this at the store. We have enjoyed most of the snacks. I didn't care for the apples they were pretty rubbery. Everything else so far is great.!
I got the free one that they sent to me and I it was not that good and it is super small. For $13 dollars you can buy a lot of snacks at the store, just saying. I immediately put my account so they would not deliver the next box but I am still being charred every week and I haven't even received any snacks. I still haven't heard back from them yet. They make it really hard to know how to stop sending them when you sign up even though they say you can stop any time.
We have been a customer for a few months now and had intended on only continuing for a month. But each time we receive a box we are excited to open it and enjoying spacing out the snacks until the next surprise. We have also been sharing with friends- seems to be a hit.
Also my husband was skeptical at first, but the more he tries the different mixes the more he is hooked as well. I think he is into Graze more out of the two of us. We are planning on possibly giving some as gift boxes for family this Holiday season :)
I am a customer for life! I absolutely love the snack varieties that come right to my mailbox. I'm falling in love with things I might otherwise never find or choose. I like that I can change preferences, the website is VERY user friendly. Best of all I'm getting healthy, portion appropriate snacks that are affordable!
Graze has good tasting, Non-GMO snacks delivered directly to you via the mail. I love their vanilla nuts and the dehydrated fruits, something different each time so you don't get bored of the same thing.
Their packaging and marketing is top notch. I've been so impressed with their company. I've even sent Graze out as gifts.
I love the variety of snack available and it's fun to be surprised each month with what is included. That being said, I do wish there was a way to request specific snacks-- other than going through everything and saying that I hate it, I don't know how to get those few elusive snacks I really want to try.
I made an initial payment and received their box of nuts etc. As I did not care for the eats I tried to stop any further payments but found nothing on their web site to enable me to discontinue my membership - no phone number, no address and a "no reply" email. I was therefor forced to instruct my bank to refuse any further debits from Graze. I do think that all web sites should have a telephone number and/or an address for communications.

I joined the Graze family with apprehension. Just how good would these snacks be, would they be fresh, how much variety would there be? We have gotten 3 shipments now and my husband and I cannot wait for the next to arrive. Just the right size, fresh, lots of variety. I travel a lot, and they are great for those late night hotel arrivals - after the restaurant is closed or when the same airplane meal is not what I want. The Kettle Corn KERN Pops are fantastic - my favorite!
I've enjoyed about 5 boxes so far. There have only been a couple of snacks I haven't cared for and it's simple and easy to change your preferences to make sure you don't get the snacks you don't like. Which I totally love. I do wish that there was a place to buy bigger portions of ANY of the snacks by themselves. I've found some I really love and even when I had the coupon for the sharing box they were not part of the options. I'd also really love it if we could just order a sharing box any time (without the coupon sending us to the page) but that doesn't seem to be an option yet which is the only reason its 4 stars instead of 5. Graze is an amazing service and really helped me to eat healthier snacks compared to what can be found at my job.
Loved the snacks but when one of my sharing boxes did not get delivered they never answered my 5 emails sent requesting them to track it or replace it. No response after many emails. So after having them for two years I'm sorry to say I have to cancel

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
