I used to buy one of their snacks for a few years regularly but no more after this disappointing experience.
Found a pretty big piece of cardboard in a package so sent an email asking how to replace it. A member of the customer service team asked me to send back at my own cost and they would offer some goodies to cover the postage. I questioned them why I should be losing money when it's not my error and spending my own time to go to the post office. Then finally they sent me an envelope with a stamp on. I sent it back a few weeks later. No update for a month since. I chased them and finally they admitted that the cardboard came from their product from packaging and they offered me to replace the item, plus one extra packet.
The whole experience was painful and no, when they don't value clients I would never buy or order anything again from this company, never.
In my opinion, Graze is a great choice for anyone looking to improve their snack game and enjoy healthy, delicious options. The variety of options is impressive, with something for everyone, from sweet treats to savory options. I love that they have sample products for a very low price. The delivery was OK - for me.
Great website, have enjoyed them myself and when my granddaughter visits she always goes to my snack box to see what's new in. My daughter recommended me and I have been very pleased with everything and the fact that you can take a break is a good idea.
I've heard of Graze, but I've never once signed up to receive a box. However money was taken out of my account, I've been ignored several times. Quite annoyed how did they get my details and take out money? I haven't even received anything from them so not sure why money has been taken out?
This is my favorite restaurant in the entire world. No matter what I eat, the food is always delicious, and I always enjoy my lunch! Also excellent, servers are consistently prompt, cheerful, and courteous. Can't wait to go back and would not think twice to suggest to anyone searching for a restaurant.
I love receiving my box of treats every 2 weeks. They always have great variety. The fact you can review each box is also so good so you never have to receive a product you don't like again and again!
It's always a nice surprise when opening the weekly Graze Box to see what delights have been sent that week. I have not had anything yet that I have not enjoyed. You would pay more for the snacks individually in the shops!
I got a free box from my university but I had to put my banking details in order to get the nuts.
They took me 7€ and after complaining several times and after talking to the manager nothing changed. 7€ for a bunch of nuts. Disgusted
Snacks are good but not much variety. Constantly getting one of the same or very similar. Have you tried investing in cryptocurrency, stocks and forex... i implore you to check out BTCPROFITUK. COM for lucrative investment deals. They've got amazing weekly ROI and they are very prompt.
Just because it's coloured green doesn't mean it is environmentally friendly. £2 for a handful of nuts or two biscuits and a tea bag. We will need another planet if we produce this much rubbish, perhaps we could join the one you're on!

Totally enjoyable snacks delivered right to my mailbox. I get home late at night from work and am a little hungry but don't want to fix a meal. Graze helps me take the edge off until breakfast without eating a large amount before bed.
I've been using graze for months and really love it. I get interesting snacks ranging from comfortable favorites to exotic new foods I've never tried. All conveniently packaged and delivered. :). This has saved me quite a bit of money at the grocery store by cutting down on my impulse food buys!
I absolutely love graze! Perfect portions, adorable packaging, and the all important jealousy factor when it arrives at my office - everyone wants to see what's inside! Everything is always fresh and tasty.
Ive been happy with the products however, they are getting somewhat routine. When I look at the offers on your website their is significant variety. I would like to see some more of them in my basket.

I'm always excited to see what's in my next graze box! I've never been disappointed. Whether it's nuts, dried fruit, large flakes of coconut, chickpeas, nut butters, or green teas, it's all delicious! All natural, too!
My Graze box arrives every other Monday. It makes those Mondays just that much brighter. The snacks are delicious and nutritious. Should I feel guilty for eating all of my snacks by Tuesday?

My wife signed up for introductory offer. After trying their mediocre products she attempted to cancel any further orders/shipments. They will not respond and keep charging up to $40+ each month. They do however send a very small Cracker Jack size box of yuppie snacks. My 100 lb lab doesn't like it and that's unheard of for him. BUYER BEWARE

Graze box is a scam. I got an offer for a "free box" so I started filling out the information. When asked for a credit card number I naturally thought it was strange but they explained via a little question mark button that it was simply to "check my details." Well, actually no. It was to sign me up for five more graze boxes that I'd be paying for, I'm surprised this is hasn't gotten them in some sort of legal trouble since they are blatantly lying to stealthily suck money out of their customers without them noticing. Completely disgusted at their deceitful methodology. If you're reading this before you claimed your "not so free" box then you're welcome.
On TV they just said pay for shipping and get first box free. So I was not apprehensive of entering CC info. But as soon as I submitted CC info the message displayed that you will get your first around 27 Sep and one box every following week! And I was like, when did I agree to weekly boxes? Never once the CC page where I entered CC info did it say I am subscribing. Beats the point of a free box if you cannot wait till trying it out to subscribe! So I googled and yes, this is charge without consent kind of site. I had to look for ways to cancel, it was not easy to find those links. I did and called CC company to let them know as well. They assured me I am good. No phone number for customer care. Very odd anyone can do this.

At the end of registering you'll then choose a frequency for this order, before final confirmation of the details is sent through by email. We strive to be as clear as possible throughout.
The order you make is designed to be ready to go if you'd like to try more of our range, but it's also very easy to cancel this online, even right after the first box if that's your decision.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
