My wife signed up for introductory offer. After trying their mediocre products she attempted to cancel any further orders/shipments. They will not respond and keep charging up to $40+ each month. They do however send a very small Cracker Jack size box of yuppie snacks. My 100 lb lab doesn't like it and that's unheard of for him. BUYER BEWARE
Graze box is a scam. I got an offer for a "free box" so I started filling out the information. When asked for a credit card number I naturally thought it was strange but they explained via a little question mark button that it was simply to "check my details." Well, actually no. It was to sign me up for five more graze boxes that I'd be paying for, I'm surprised this is hasn't gotten them in some sort of legal trouble since they are blatantly lying to stealthily suck money out of their customers without them noticing. Completely disgusted at their deceitful methodology. If you're reading this before you claimed your "not so free" box then you're welcome.
On TV they just said pay for shipping and get first box free. So I was not apprehensive of entering CC info. But as soon as I submitted CC info the message displayed that you will get your first around 27 Sep and one box every following week! And I was like, when did I agree to weekly boxes? Never once the CC page where I entered CC info did it say I am subscribing. Beats the point of a free box if you cannot wait till trying it out to subscribe! So I googled and yes, this is charge without consent kind of site. I had to look for ways to cancel, it was not easy to find those links. I did and called CC company to let them know as well. They assured me I am good. No phone number for customer care. Very odd anyone can do this.

I'd like to assure you that we do state that ours is a recurring order service from the first page of entering your details with us. At the end of registering you'll then choose a frequency for this order, before final confirmation of the details is sent through by email. We strive to be as clear as possible throughout.
The order you make is designed to be ready to go if you'd like to try more of our range, but it's also very easy to cancel this online, even right after the first box if that's your decision.

Never received products yet they charged my credit card every week. When i finally realized what was happening they refused to refund my money. I never got their snacks yet paid over 100.00 dollars. The delivery company they use is a freight company with no tracking information. How convenient. No telephone customer service. Save yourself aggravation and buy your snacks at whole foods

Overall, ok. Not enough Gluten Free options - really every snack is bread or grain based. Think I was expecting / hoping for better / more choices. However, the concept is good, the packaging sizes are good, easy to open. Your marketing team excels, vs the choices of snacks.
So far, almost everything I've received from Graze has been delicious. However, for the portion of each snack within the box, it's just not worth the price for me. I enjoy having healthy snacks at my fingertips, but can just as easily make my own similar snacks for a lot less money.
Shipping's decent, but they missed an early-January shipment by a week. Since I rely on them for my lunch, I was a bit miffed. Their store's just a little overpriced. The ability to tell them what I like is helpful but also fairly rudimentary; I don't want any snacks with coconut.
Otherwise the snacks are tasty and wholesome. In three months' time, through Liking and Hating, you'll eventually curate shipments that you really enjoy.
I've enjoyed Graze in a few different ways. Easy to eat snacks while convalescing from shoulder surgery. Great for road trips. Just right dessert items. Some perfect with beer or wine before dinner. Just enough.
Graze is the first monthly box I've subscribed to, so far I've been pretty happy. One time my yogurt covered sunflower seeds from iced cinnamon bun had melted but was still delicious. I also like being able to grade the snacks I've had, maybe an "I've tried" button would be beneficial because I've gotten a repeated snack already. Great snacks, keep up the fresh work!
I love my Graze boxes! Having a 9 month old at home keeps me pretty busy, it is so nice to go into the pantry and pick one or two for work the net day. I know they are healthy (mostly) and low in fat! Everything is fresh and taste yummy!
I love getting my box every other week. I have them delivered to work so it's perfect for grabbing a snack. I've liked 90% of what they've sent. And loved some of it too. Everything tastes so fresh. Definitely recommend!
This is a reliable service. The snacks are tasty but they're not the fresh, healthy, natural ingredients we've all come to expect of specialty food services. I hope they'll upgrade their ingredients to be more health conscious and less chemistry
I initially heard about Graze, and their sample box, through a Pandora online radio ad (great way to connect, don't stop using this channel!) and was mildly surprised with the great flavor and perfect serving size of each snack option. I've continued to receive an 8-snack box on a monthly basis, and have also considered ordering one of the specialty boxes (the Flap Jacks are our absolute favorites). As our household budget continues to grow, we intend to increase the frequency of our packages.
It's a great service you're providing, offering healthy and delicious snacks. I'd recommend this service to anyone looking for a quick option at work, quick snacks for the kids at home, or just some delicious things to add to your healthy diet. You won't regret it!

So far so good. :) Aside from the soups and dried apple slices, everything I've had so far, I've liked. I had weight loss surgery 3 months ago, so I only eat 4 ounces of food at a time, every 3 hours. These are perfectly sized healthy snacks that I can eat in between meals, but more importantly for me, when I accidentally forget to meal plan or when I'm out and about with people and can't eat what they're eating.
Only criticism I have is: It would be nice to get an alert or notification reminding me to change my box selections. I keep forgetting till it's too late to change them.
It's always exciting to receive your new box and it's contents. Nutritional snacks to grab and take with you or enjoy at home. Can't wait to see whats next. The only downside is no Live Customer Service and billing dates are not consistent. I would like one date when billing my credit card.
Easy to use website and helpful customer service reps when you experience an issue. I also appreciate the referral program, since when someone receives a graze box, everyone in the office wants to know what it is and how they can get their own.
Started Graze 2 months ago, my kids like the variety offered. It's something different for lunch snacks and I plan on sending the subscription to my son at college next year. Tastes good, low in calories for the most part, and you can add or delete your selections anytime.
Lovely snacks. My work gets these in for us to unsure of pricing. But love the variety and nutritional information on the packaging. Helps with portion control and some really interesting flavour and texture mixes. Go graze!

Graze offers tasty treats with just the right portion size for those afternoon or mid-morning cravings. I always look forward to receiving my box of yummy snacks from Graze. There's always something new along with some old favorites. Their website is easy to use so you can pick and choose what you want, don't want and would like to try next time. They offer the option of snoozing delivery dates in case you will be out of town. I'm glad I tried the convenience of Graze.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
