When I received my first (free) box, i was very disappointed in the amount and quality of product. I specifically asked for a "nut-oriented" box, but received one package w/nuts and the rest were croutons and some other trail mix concoctions. I bought one more box just to make sure that I gave this company a chance and the same thing happened. This truly is not worth the money. For what you pay, you can go to your local supermarket or health food store and make your money much further. Also, the taste leaves a lot to be desired, as it is not fresh. Buyer beware! Don't waste your $$$$.
I started receiving Graze about 4 months ago as a healthier choice of snacking. Since then I have gotten several boxes of treats that are not only great tasting but healthy too. I take them on car rides and as snacks while I'm at work. I have told everyone how great this product is!
Every box has had delicious snacks in it. I have liked all but one thing I was sent. I've gotten a few boxes now and I will continue to use graze. The snacks are not only yummy but they are good for you as well. My kids even love graze.
Going through the myriad snack options, I pretty much eliminated anything sweet and have regularly rejected items with corn nuts. However, I still keep getting the very things I loathe. I would prefer my boxes come with only things I've rated as loved, and that I receive a separate email regarding new items I might be interested in tasting - not just have them sent as part of my box. If the box is to be "personalized" then it should reflect my personal preferences. Since they don't, I have cancelled my subscription.
I've been ordering from graze for about six months now. I love the variety of snacks, both the overall offerings and the selection within each box; there's always a good mix of sweet and savory. My grade subscription works well for me because I am a student with a busy schedule, who would rather not resort to potato chips and candy when hungry on the run. My only complaint is that my box is often delivered on Tuesday, rather than Monday.
We love getting snacks from graze for my daughter to bring to school - they are so much healthier than what she used to bring and easy to grab. I wish they were not so expensive ($2 per snack) and also that it was easier to customize the snacks - right now she usually doesn't like at least 2 in each box of 8 because there are some ingredients in it that she doesn't like e.g. coconut. You can customize to say no nuts or no dairy but you can't eliminate specific ingredients. If you could, I'd give graze 5 stars!

In the upper-right hand corner of our snacks page, you'll see a white box with a magnifying glass next to it. If you type in a certain ingredient, like 'coconut,' a list will pop up with all of our snacks containing this ingredient, and you can 'trash' them from there.

I'm enjoying the novel taste experiences I'm encountering with the many different samples I've been grazing on. I won't lie & say I've liked them all, but for the most part, I have found them quite tantalizing each in their own way. I've shared some with my nephew's girlfriend who works nights & is hard up to find time to eat a meal during her shift, & she has enjoyed them as her overnight nourishment. I admit that my dentures often interfere with the incessant chewing some of the dried fruit require & also can be tricky manipulating the harder nut pieces, but eventually they all find their way to my stomach. I like the packaging size but did have to reschedule my delivery dates as they were piling up quickly before I got to them.
Love what Graze has to offer. Enjoy the ease of mail delivery, and my daughters 12 & 7 years old love to try the new snacks that they know are healthy. I like the convenient size, easy to throw in your purse, pocket or lunch box when on the go. We all look forward to our delivery!
The snack packs sent by Graze are satisfying little containers. Depending on the size chosen, they will be 4,8, or more unique combinations to try. These packages are sent on a schedule. The price is somewhat high for what you get, hence only 4 stars.
It is slightly pricey but worth the money as the food is tasty and delivery is included. Using a 'friendcode' you get the first, fifth and tenth boxes free. And theres always coupons online for new customers! I've been grazing for over a year and never had a problem, customer services are friendly and helpful whenever I have contacted them.
I don't understand the negative comments about not being able to cancel delivery's, it's simple, Manage this box > more options > cancel this order. I love the option of 'snoozing' my box, intended for holidays but can be used for months in one go if you want to put the boxes on hold for while. I sometimes do this when trying to save money!
I find it quite amusing that people are complaining about having to fill in their card information when signing up, yes the first box is free with a code, but it's not a charity what do you expect!
I have had nothing but positive experience with Graze! The boxes come fairly quickly considering I live on an island in Alaska. The snacks are fresh, filling and delicious. There are easy mechanisms for doing a broad trashing of snacks based on things you don't like, such as spice, nuts or pineapple or you can trash snacks individually as you taste them. Haven't had to contact customer support once, but I'm sure if I ever do, the service will still be stellar. I also enjoy the snooze function, as I can push boxes off in weeks where I don't have the extra cash, or weeks when I will be gone.
I've had a few boxes and send them monthly to my granddaughter/ We both love them. It's wonderful to give an ongoing gift that she loves.
Tasty healthy snacks - not too much - they are great. Great for calorie counting too!
The snacks overall are interesting and fun and like that it has different variety. They send you things and you can favorite ones you really like. Something new in each box though. Over all the experience it great and I found out about graze on spotify lol. Only thing is shipping can take longer sometimes but its not too bad.
Been buying graze for over 6 months now. I like the variety and the size. They're healthy and keeps me out of eating so much junk food! My family loves it too. I hide the boxes when they get delivered
It just makes good sense. Quality wholesome natural non-GMO healthy foods in reasonable portions. A great alternative to processed snack foods or sugar and salt snacks. I feel a lot better after just a few weeks. Thank you so much.
The variety of snacks is amazing. They are tasty and just the right size when you get the urge for an in between meal. The service is fantastic. Eight new snacks arrive the same day each week. This makes it easy to keep up my healthy eating! Thanks.

So far my experience with Graze has been simply fabulous. Easy to pick what you like and don't like. Yummy snacks that are healthy? Fabulous! Plus every week it's a surprise what's in my Graze box! Makes Monday's not blah!
I went from a huge fan of Graze to hating them, thanks to their horrible customer support. I sent 10 boxes as gifts to some people because I loved Graze. A few weeks later I didn't hear a word from anyone, and I found out Graze didn't tell them who the gift was from! When I contacted support they could not have cared less about fixing it or even improving their process. They pretty much told me it was my fault, and refused to escalate the issue. You would think someone who just sent 10 gift boxes would be more valued. Good job turning a subscriber and fan into an enemy!
My husband and I are still on the fence about Graze - we scaled back to an every other week subscription while we think about it. Some of the offerings are really fantastic and that is keeping us hooked for now, but we feel we're at a point where if we update our snack preferences again we'll be narrowing down the field so much that things are going to get too repetitive to keep the subscription for long.

I'm so impressed with the quality of Graze's products and customer service! I am currently on the option to receive snacks every two weeks, and its perfect for work and general life on the go. I love that they hand pick the snacks so I'm always surprised, but I get to tell them exactly what I don't want in my packs!
I recently ordered a set of snacks that was unfortunately sent to the wrong address (not Graze's fault), but the customer service agent Mary not only helped me fix my address but sent a completely new order to the correct address! I was so impressed with her kindness and professionalism, it has definitely made it even easier to continue buying from Graze in the future.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
