The snacks provided are quite tasty. If I feel like something light in between meals, these fill the void. Good variety of snacks, some just for a protein lift and some to satisfy a sweet tooth. Good company with reliable service thus far.
I love the treat of receiving 8 unique snacks each week. Monday is my favorite day to look in my mail box! Saves me time if I can shop less.
I do wish there was some way to rate individual snacks as I receive & eat them.
I ordered because a promotion on TV offered the first four boxes for free. I was truly planning to keep the service as a gift to my sister who is gluten-free, and has a hard time finding foods she enjoys. I was charged $11.99 weekly after only 1 box, with no chance to cancel. There's no customer service # to call, and I have not received a response to my email. Very disappointed in them and myself, these "trial offers" are always a scam. Also the boxes are tiny, and the food is mediocre to sub-par.
I love getting my Graze boxes! Every two weeks its like a surprise waiting at my door! For the most part I have enjoyed the snacks I have received! If your not digging one just sign in and let them know and you wont get it again!
My wife found Graze from a friend. After trying it for a few months she asked if I would give it a try. Since then I have enjoyed being able to pick what I try and can avoid foods that I'm allergic to. We look forward to the continued use of your growing product!
I joined graze a few months ago, since someone sent me a gift box. There is a wide selection of snacks, but they're not particularly packed with nutritional value. I also think they're way too expensive. I do like the portion control aspect of graze. However, I will probably be cancelling my subscription soon.
Graze is the best thing since sliced bread, whole wheat of course. I like having the nutritional information readily available so I can pick snacks that fit our diets. The portion control is also very helpful for us.
I am very disappointed with the Graze web site. In my experience it is extremely difficult, if not impossible to cancel my order. I have tried several time to do so but been unsuccessful every time.

I am really enjoying the Graze service so far. Lots of yummy snacks in good portion sizes that keep me from eating junk food. The website is pretty good. My only suggestion is make it easier to find my past boxes to rate my snacks. A big link as soon as you sign in would be great.
There hasn't been any that I did not like. So far, I'm truly impressed and have been enjoying a different snack daily. This Graze thing is a terrific idea, and seems to be big hit. I've turned on some of the parents I work with to give Graze a try as a nutritional snack for their kids.
Love the convenience and options. There's a really good selection of delicious snacks, and I love that they are healthy options with quality ingredients. The site is easy to use. Used to order to work so I had something at my desk, now order to my parent's house so everyone can enjoy it.
Only constructive thing is that I wish there were more protein options that didn't involve nuts (I'm allergic). I usually get seed snacks. Even a jerky option or something would be nice.
The selection of snacks is reasonable and the surprise factor keeps it interesting, though it would be nice if there was an option to custom-order a box with specific snacks in it. The filtering of snacks also needs more filtering options (i. E. soft foods for those with dental issues, crispy foods for crunchy lovers, spicy foods for us with a hot tongue, etc). While no shipment tracking information is available, the one time I reported not receiving a box was handled with a credit to my account which got applied towards a future purchase.
Graze is a great snack delivery service. The snacks are different each time and the company sends only what you like. It allows me to grab something on the go or easily get a healthy snack for my children. It also makes portion control easier since each snack is individually packaged.
My only complaint is that $11.99 per week is slightly pricey. It breaks down to about $1.50 per snack (including shipping). But I am saving time and gas by not having to drive to the store!
I got an email that they were stopping the subscription service in my area (north FL), but I'm seeing that many have received the same message all over the country. The messaging should have been more honest and provide clarification on how their products will be available in the future.
I enjoy the portion control, tastes, and great customer service. They have tons of reward discounts.
The variety is out of this world and like no other! Where else can you find a one-stop-shop for healthy snacks that taste really great and for a fantastic price?
Since becoming a customer, I only eat Graze snacks and you should too!

I have a very boring job, which generally means that I snack all day for lack of anything more stimulating to do while trapped at my desk. I began to gain a lot of weight so when I found graze I was delighted. I can still snack, but the food is much healthier and, of course, low in fat. I'm thrilled and have even lost a few pounds.
My favorite aspect of Graze is the little nugget of surprise that arrives with each box. I enjoy the anticipation of lifting the lid to find out what tasty morsel Graze has included for my enjoyment.
What I'm finding is that I'm reluctant to snack prolifically, because once I eat that snack, that's all there is. Kind of weird, huh? It's like saving baseball cards for their future value and then never selling them... well, maybe not quite the same.
Overall I've had a pretty good experience. I used to be really excited to get a box but I must say that the past two boxes I've gotten I've only really liked about 1/2 of the pods in them. Usually I'll like at least one ingredient on most of the mixes but not all of the ingredients. I'm hoping that is just part of Graze having me try new items and rating them.
I have been a loyal member for over 6 months and look forward to receiving each of my monthly snack boxes. I love that they are all different and are made with healthy food items without the man made additives and fillers.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
