After being redirected from Skyscanner, the site was in another language and I didn't see any option to change the language.
The search reset without notice and I had to restart it, the price being different this time.
Before paying, the price changed once again. This looks like a scam.

Bait & switch. Starts LOW then offers add-ons after add-ons. Waste & disrespects client's time. Just post 1 price with ALL of the basic services included. Pay for customer service, really?

Quick & easy. Very good experience, I will surely recommend.

I hate being forced to pay to select a seat, as if standing is an option. This is inherent in purchasing a ticket. And then all of these trash fees. $4 to get an automated text? Give me a break.

Your forms are very buggy. They keep erroring seconds after highlighting them, making it VERY difficult to put in information.

I could not Get the website to pull up for lion air for my flight in Indonesia until I found the site through Rome2Rio. It found my flight with the date and time I needed such a relief.

What a great first experience booking with gotogate! They make everything so simple, from booking (with optional add-ons) to payment (including Apple Pay etc)! Excited for my trip, thanks to gotogate! :)

Very easy from start to finish and very happy with the final cost.

So far so good. It is nice and easy to book at a cheap price with a lot of paid add-on options. The flight confirmation could be better as it was not sent to email directly but you have to look it on the website. I will update if there is anything bad happening with my booking.

It was super easy. Very clear and straight forward. I would have liked to see my passport number for review to double check I had entered it correctly just for peace of mind.

Everything works great except you should be able to download the boarding passes from the app or gotogate site instead of jumping back into the Volaris app which is cumbersome.

Hard to make The payment. Prices changing by minutes. Finally I did it with an cheap Price.

While I was booking the flight, the total price displayed was different. However, during payment, a pop-up appeared mentioning a $40 increase in the ticket amount. This is not acceptable.

I tried to book the same flights with Booking.com, with them I am at Level2 Genius, but their website couldn't handle my credit card payment and I couldn't get anybody to talk to in order to the problem resolved. Now with your website I was an easy one. Thank you.
