I used GoToGate previously. This time, I booked our air tickets from Lisbon to Madrid with GoToGate again. The booking site is very easy to follow and the price is unbeatable! I am sure will use it again!
They lure you in with dishonest prices that include no bags, or seat reservations (e.g., to ensure your child is sitting with an adult family member), then charge your 100% of the airfare to have any luggage or seat reserved. Unsure if this is Norwegian Air, the carrier, doing this or Go To Gate, but there are dozens of up-charges for things that are free on other airlines (e.g., text confirmations, e-tickets, re-routing if flight change, etc.).
Within 20 mins of booking wrong flight I tried to cancel. Having major difficulties with customer service to cancel the wrong ticket and rebook.
Once they get your money they will not help you. Choose another agency I recommend.

Terrible experience! The information provided is misleading and unclear, making it impossible to trust this platform. The service is poor, and trying to get help over the phone is a nightmare—the operator is unprofessional and keeps making the same mistakes, clearly not knowing what she's doing. I will never use this platform again.

In order to get a slightly lower price on a ticket you really have to go through a lot just to get basic information like an e-ticket number and you go through this period of anxious limbo waiting to be sure you've even purchased a legitimate ticket and that it's recognized by the airline itself. The process here needs to be improved - no one should spend hundreds of dollars on a flight and not get an e-ticket number and other identifying information the airline will want for proof. You should get that information immediately
Your website charged unreasonably and unethically high amount saying "HIGH DEMAND", I've rejected 1st attempt and started again the search and booking ticket, but there were too many available options and seats. Looks not such kind of false high demand.
Last time I used GoToGate my flight was cancelled by the airline company and nobody notified me, so I've had to book new tickets 1 day before the departure, with 2 times the initial price. It was a very bad experience.
There was an error with my booking (I booked Lisbon to Sao Miguel on 10/11 and Sao Miguel to Porto on 10/14. For some reason I ended up with two bookings from Sao Miguel to Porto (same seats and all, charged twice, two different charges). I called for a refund. Tickets cost $474.90 and refund was only $418.57. Mind you, I called within minutes of receiving my email (after first checking online to see if I could handle this myself.) I waited online for 2 hours and 40 minutes... only to not get a full refund.

Literally was checking out to buy 4 airline tickets and after I entered the credit card information and was waiting for the confirmation, the price magically increased $50 due to "high demand" for the flight. So fake & not true at all. No one is flying this route. So not likely to use this website again. Very dishonest & very bad experience.
