Have never ordered from this site before. Found it easy to navigate and to place my order. Although the service fee seems a bit expensive we are pleased we were able to obtain the tickets we wanted.

Beware of the service fee! Also, they said they would NOT debit your account now but I just ordered and the debit is already appearing on my account,... why?
My understanding was that the tickets would be at the will call at box office but when I got there they weren't. A lot of confusion. Customer service put me on hold a long time and then told me the tickets would be given to me by owner of tickets 30 min before start time. I did get the tickets in the end, but it was anything but easy.
They where reasonably priced just wish I knew the distant of the parking that there where offering to the venue but other then that it was great thank you

I purchased tickets to a concert that was cancelled with no reschedule date and havent been able to get my $753 back! The transfer you to some other company that puts you on hold for 45 minutes of your 1/2 hour lunch and then hangs up on you when you ask for your money back. The one person I spoke to was condescending and rude, she said Id get an email about how to get my money back, but surprise no email. Use a reputable company, not worth saving $5.00! You never except a show to be canceled so dont really consider it when making that kind of purchase. Contacting the BBB as a last resort.
