Customer service is terrible, won't give you a refund even if it was their screw up. Stay far far away from this website. Stay far away from any resell website, there's too much of an opportunity for them to scam you. Buy directly from the source. Had to cancel my whole account to keep them from getting my hard earned money. When I called customer service, the rep I got was incredibly combative from the start, didn't even offer up a way to help or anything. Ridiculous. I ended up buying valid tickets from the direct source... do not mess with these idiots.
I was walking out of a restaurant and hit 'Process' without fully realizing that I got $72 worth of service fees. Unbelievable. Last time I don't read the fine print.
I just hope this show is worth me overpaying by $100 from what I would have paid at another site. I'm sick at my stomach! What a mistake!
I had bought 2 tickets from them and had to buy a third from another company. Bought the tickets said it was accepted. Day of show stopped to print them out they would not print. The single ticket from another company was easily done but those 2 wouldnt. Spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service for them to finally tell me that the tickets were sold to someone else even tho I had the approved paper in my hand but they would refund my money. Well whay about the 3rd ticket I had purchased through another company. Well it turned out to be a 70 peice of paper because we didn't have the other 2 that good seat had sold me. Worst part of it all was the whole thing was for my daughters birthday. Was the only thing she asked for and good seats ruined that and made me lose 70 on the unused non refundable ticket. On top of that they said my tickets were never approved even though I had the paper in my hand and the email saying it was approved. Never again will I buy from them. The customer service was extremely rude and the whole company is a scam.
Ordered tickets over 2 months ago. We are two days from the event that is a 10 hour drive from my home and no tickets. I have called repeatedly and I'm told the "team" will contact me to solve and no one has followed up. These are almost $500 in tickets which the majority of the cost is service fees. Beware they appear to be crooks. Zero stars would better represent this site.

Well I haven't went to the concert yet, I just ordered my tickets so I'm still waiting for the day of the concert.
I love it i hope this is real if so i will be ordering more tickets off of this website but im taking my sister to go see frozen and i hope she loves it as much as i do!

Good price for tickets but my tickets aren't able to download. I don't know what the issue is but it just can't download onto my phone. I bought from the website before and there were no issues at all.

I hope it purchased really good seats because this will be my second time seeing this artist live and I hope its as good as the time seeing at hard rock in universal.
