Im trying to explain to you why I need to cancel this order but the lady said no refunds or exchange I have a granddaughter that passed away in July and we are trying to raise money for her headstone

This has beeen the most difficult thing I could imagine. Im literally trying to buy my tickets online to get to my where I had to be and this website has booted me off several times

The process was simple and easy, nothing to it but to do it lol, you simple pick the show how many tickets and you got them

Expensive service fees... 40$ is almost how much the ticket was. I almost cancelled because of that reason! It was also like surprise after youve inserted all information

But I paid $192.95 each. The ticket was $142.50, plus a service fee of $42.50. And the final slap in the face is a $7.95 delivery fee for tickets that I downloaded. But gee, it sure is convenient to buy tickets online.

Charging $7.95 per ticket to print my tickets is ridiculous! I get that for one... But when buying multiple tickets... Thats just annoying as puts your prices back up there with Ticket Master...

This service was great and definitely cheaper than any other ticket service! I saved at least $50 dollars for 2 tickets. Ive been looking for cheaper tickets for my favorite shows for so long and im glad I found the best service out there!
