I have now bought 8 of these locks for my family and income property.
Today, 7/29/2020, was by far one of the best customer service calls I have experienced in my years of conducting business. Our business is new to the world of keyless locks and we are having to learn as we go. Upon installing one of the locks, it was time to program. After programming the lock in the software I was ready to transfer from my computer to the DTM but ran into a MAJOR problem, a missing AL-PCI2-U cable. I was having a hard time getting to where I needed to be in customer service and had started to get discouraged. Enter James Pickens! I explained my problem to James and expressed my concerns. He promised before we got off the phone we would definitely have my issues resolved. With a few clicks of the mouse, James was in my account and identified the problem. There had been an oversight when our locks had been originally configured. The oversight was quickly resolved by James sending me the cable I needed to complete our project. The cable should be here tomorrow. As a small business, often we are overlooked by bigger companies for those companies who can make much larger purchases. James made me feel like we mattered! I told James what it meant to me and our business to have such wonderful customer service. GoKeyless should be proud and thankful to have him as an employee. If we lived closer I would throw one of our good ole crawfish boils for what he did for us! GoKeyless, you are truly blessed to have James Pickens as an employee!
Donald helped find a great solution not only for my business office, but also to find an affordable option for AirBnB's and my own home. Definitely will use GoKeyless and work with Donald again!
We ordered a lock off the GoKeyless website at the suggestion of another tenant in our office park. They had a better price than even the manufacturer of the lock, so we were thrilled. We paid extra for 3-5 day shipping, so on the 5th day I called to ask for a tracking number. I was told that the product was a special order and that it would not ship from the factory for another 2 weeks. I asked about the 3-5 day shipping and was told "Well that means you'll get it in 3-5 days after it ships from the factory."
NO, THAT IS NOT WHAT THAT MEANS. When you order something and pay extra for shipping within a specific time-frame, it means you expect to get it within that time-frame. Thankfully the customer service representative agreed after I explained why that was incorrect. They had not contacted us to let us know this was going to be a special order, or to let us know about the adjusted wait time. I am still waiting on confirmation that the shipping fee has been refunded.
I am hopeful that we will not have any issues with the product once it arrives (still waiting on that) but I was pretty dismayed at what seemed like under-handed business tactics. When you're already spending $600+ on a lock you don't expect to be nickeled and dimed for an extra $20.
Tom did a fine job instructing me how to activate my behome247 and showing me how to manage, program, add restrictions, and set the date and time for a device.

I bought my DL1300 lock 2 years ago. I never thought it worked properly. I talked with several people in you tech support group and everyone told me it was fine or to replace the battery. I replaced the battery 3 times inside a 5 month period. The lock would work part time for a few days and then the same thing would happen. I could not upload data to it and the bottom half of the numbers on the lock worked sporadically. I finally was able to talk with Tom. He diagonised the problem has a defective board behind the keys. He said the warranty would be close to running out and suggested we take the lock off to see if it had expired. Fortunately for me it had not yet expired. I paid to have a new lock sent over night to me and Tom ensured it left your facility that day. The next day I was lucky enough to talk with Tom again. He helped load the data to the new lock and I installed it. The new lock beeps at every key entry on the pad and the original one never did. I assumed it was working properly but actually never did. Without Tom's assistance my lock still would not working. Thank you had great job.
As we navigated through COVID and 2 years into owning my new business, My control panel locked up and I could not control my entry locks other than by only using a Key Fob, I sent a message through the phone system at GoKeyless but found the best way to get help in these times was through the email system. I feel that I am "Old School" and prefer to talk with an individual live, however with COVID and with so many working remotely, this would not be easily possible. DeAunte, with Tech support reached out an helped as we figured that the Gateway was faulty. GoKeyless Returns Dept sent a return shipping label and sent two different replacements that were sent but not received by no mistake of their own. I finally spoke in person with Zach T. And we figured out the issue. Zach took personal care that the situation would be resolved. Afternoon receiving the new Gateway, Zach is also connecting me with Tech Support in order to make sure that my system is up and running properly, once and for all. Answer: That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

They were more than helpful and allowed us to get a defective code so we could make an attempt to return it to the company we purchased it from, go Chi less.com. The manufacture was fabulous it was go Chi list that I would shy away from
