Bought a go kart for 1200, and it has a Honda clone p. O. s engine that was probably made by a ten year old in china. Thing is a mega p. O. s i also wish i could give them zero stars! And slap the owner in the face, all there promises about warranty's and money back guarantees, read the fine print on that crap! There is nothing good i can say about this go kart or there customer service.
They took over $7,500 from me and delivered no dune buggy. They don't return my messages and the multiple calls I have made from Australia have been answered only by a recorded message. If you are thinking the products here are cheap and it may be worth a go - DON'T - unless you keep a paper trail and are prepared to take their asses to court! These guys are crooks.
Ordered a sand sniper 150 received with missing parts and bolts. Improperly and dangerously assembled. I could remove bolts from the transmission and engine mounts amongst most others with my fingers. Ordered it with lift gate residential service and did not get it. I had to find a forklift and trailer to be able to pick it up and bring it to my home. The picture on the website shows the kart with a windshield and spare but after ordering found out that those were extra. The tool box was not attached properly also (loose bolts) and was lost.
Customer service promised to reimburse me for the shipping and assembly services then turned around and refused to do anything about it. Also called me a liar and said that there was no tool kit/box included with this model.
I own my own business and when I fail a customer and they do not like their service or product I do everything in my power to make it right. These people have a lot to learn about developing quality customer relations
I ordered a dirt bike wheel and tire recently. Never received any tracking or email of shipment but no big deal. Arrived pretty quick. But the tire was flat. So i put air in it, to find out the tube had a hole. I contacted the company for a refund or exchange or even a discount so i could buy another tube and swap it out. No help at all! They take forever to answer you. I stated multiple times i just wanted to return the item because I was fed up. I stated i needed a shipping label and a address to send it back. Was happy to just do an exchange. I know it wasn't their fault it was flat things happen in transport. BUT I WAS IGNORED. Only answers back where did you check the valve? And we can contact the distributor for a new tube. Its been almost a month. Still have no shipping label or a refund, or even a new tube to swap it out. I had to buy the parts I needed to fix a "brand new" wheel myself. I spent over a 100bucks with this company not like its a $5.00 part here. Hope this helps someone in the future because I'm a very easy going person. This company does you wrong.
I bought a Trailmaster Blazer 200R before Christmas which was supposed to be a Christmas present but did not get it until January thanks to COVID. The brand new lead sealed acid battery died after the first week. Called customer support and they claim its considered wear and tear so its not covered under warranty even though its BRAND NEW! Also the choke cable does not open fully when you pull it. Not happy with this company and they DO NOT stand by the product they sell!
The shipping isn't that slow. It's the processing of the order goKart usa needs to fix.
I ordered a helmet on jan 3rd. I call after a week and I'm told we can't provide a tracking number. I know why now. It wasn't shipped. I call again after 15 days and it's coming tomorrow! It's a miracle I can get a tracking number today that shows it shipped yesterday.

I ordered 2 motorcycles. They arrived as scheduled in great condition. Some assembly required. We changed the oil, and fueled the tank. They are fun for us to ride on at a fraction of the cost of one on the display store.
Ordered trail master mid for Christmas for my boys came within two weeks time easy to set up and runs good, was worried after reading so many bad reviews but no issues came up would order here again
I bought a Hawk 250 from GKUSA about a month ago. I received it in good shape, a slight ding on handlebar but nothing major. I suspect this was the shipping company, as the pallet was pretty bent.
GKUSA got my bike to me in a week. 1 week for a full-size motorcycle to my door. I harassed these people 3 times before I ordered for various questions about shipping, payment, etc and they always answered and helped me. At the same time I contacted other sellers who either did not answer or responded to emails 3 days later.
These dudes were cool every time. Even afterwards when I didn't read the site instructions to get my MSO they were very polite and helped me out. So I'm going to write good reviews anywhere I can, in-between riding my kick $#*! new bike.

I bought (2) of the Azuza Road Rocket kits for my grandson's. They shipped ok and arrived in good shape. Problems? The strongly advise you to buy the $24.95 chain guard but don't tell you it doesn't fit the Honda clone engine. When you call to return it, they tell you it's a non-returnable part. What? One of the rear bearings came with crappy threads in the collar. That was also not their problem. They would sell me a new bearing but the freight was as much as the bearing. I need (3) more kits for the rest of the kids but they won't come from these a$$holes. There are plenty of other places selling this stuff. One of them has to be honest.
I have purchased 2 go karts from these guys this summer. First one already burns oil and has lost power after only 10 hours of use. The second one arrived with a major oil leak. It has only been test driven, what a piece of junk. Both karts total about 3k, you would think this company would stand behind what they sell. I am considering legal action.
I ordered 3 go Karts for my kids and was told by customer service they would come before Christmas. They did not. Customer Service Manager James was hostile, unwilling to extend the credit that UPS extended to me through Go Karts USA, and hung up on me. I was charged extra for lift on all 3 vehicles and none of them were delivered. No empathy, no credit, no accountability, no apology. I would not recommend them as the service is terrible.

All I have to say is buyer beware. Before making a purchase, just try to contact customer service. If you have success reaching someone in one phone call and in less than 10 minutes, you are fortunate. I ended up waiting to speak to a human being for 53 minutes. Just saying.

These guys cannot be trusted. If anything goes wrong with your order, good luck. Getting it in writing does not work. Their customer service is terrible. After a mess up on shipping I was told the only way I could get my buggy was if I paid for the shipping from the depot to my address and submitted the invoice for payment. (Despite the shipping agreement to deliver it to my door the trucking company didn't have a lift gate truck big enough). I paid for a local contractor to haul it from the depot and submitted the invoice. After several calls I was told and received an email that it would be paid in 3-5 days. After six months of calling and emails, most of which were never even replied to, I was finally told that they made a mistake and the best they can do is 100 dollars in store credit.
If I make a mistake and commit in writing to pay somebody. I pay it. That is just basic ethics.
Don't trust their customer service people, don't trust it if you get it in writing...
This 1000cc buggy was shipped FREE. The customer ordered last year and was told in advance that the item was too large for a residential delivery and that he would have to pick up from the freight terminal. Be aware of this company - they have the worst service and communication. I ordered a part that was "in-stock" but it took weeks of follow-up to get it shipped and then found out they had swapped it for a cheaper product (as the product wasn't in stock) but that doesn't even fit. To top it all off they want a re-stocking fee to return it, even though THEY got it wrong. Customer services won't even reply to most messages or provide a number to call. I certainly won't be shopping here again. My recommendation is to buy elsewhere.
Ordered a go cart on 5/17, a guy called the next day and said the color I wanted was backordered till 6/9. Well 6/9 came and went, no contact from the company whatsoever and I've texted their customer service number 3 days in a row and no response. I now have very disappointed children and a transaction through Affirm that I have to figure out how to cancel. Thanks for nothing.
Ordered a go kart and asked them to hold off shipping for a week. In the mean time they sold it to someone else (which they admitted) and put it on backorder. I called the company to discuss. I was hung up on once, disconnected during transfer another, and now they have blocked every number I try to contact them. And they still have my money! Go somewhere else. By the way, I do not work for a competitor. I am in the healthcare field and have been since 2009. Your false claim further proves you guys are a fraud.

As I live local, I went to their facility on 6/17/2019 to purchase a scooter. At time of purchase I was told by sales clerk, Zach, that scooter should be ready for pickup on 6/20/2019 and that I should call to be sure it was available. Called on that day, then I was told it would be delayed. Called again on 6/26/2019 and once again I was told delivery was delayed as scooter was out of stock. At time of purchase I was never told scooter was out of stock or that it was a special order item. Went to store on 6/27/2019 to get a refund. Refund was supposed to be returned to my debit card. On 7/1/2019 I was texted a refund transaction that turned out to be no good as they never funded the return. Since then I have been given the run around on receiving my refund. Company sent me a text on 7/31/2019 stating that refund check was mailed. As of yet I have not received a refund. Reported this issue to local authorities.

Bought 250 Misfit. Suppose to be a 2019 and the stamp says 2018. Did not get a TITLE. Parts missing and broken. They sent me to the company the bought it from and they don't know what i'm talking about service and sales are badly managed. I have a bike from them i can't use. I have been trying for 3 months and all i get is emails which are no help. I will be contact the California Better Bureau to seee if they can help.

We explain this in our order terms posted on our site and signed electronically during checkout, but we know customers don't like to read them. You are making an online purchase without a Dealer and saving over half the cost. This means that unless you pay us to assemble it for you, you will have some assembly to do. And, toys do break. You will likely break something within the first few days. You will surely need parts. All parts are available for purchase
