Glasses were great, just needed different lenses. I didn't like the transition lenses on one pair that I ordered. I contacted to start a return and the process was very easy. I just didn't receive clear instructions on if they would be refunded and I need to reorder with different lenses or if they would automatically exchange the glasses with different lenses.
Original order was received within 2 weeks, there was a manufacturing defect on the frame and a scratch on the lens. Return was received and no update was given for almost 2 weeks. You're only option is the talk to the chat bot who said shrug, we're really busy. Return is in process now. Let's hope someone actually inspects this pair before they ship.
Easy to go through the process and got the glasses. The temples were adjusted for a giant head. I have bought glasses in the past and had 0 adjustments. These temple were bent outward in order to fit a bear or a gorilla.
Glasses arrived with a slightly bent frame. Tried to speak with someone through automated live chat but only got standard bot questions, could not really discuss my situation with anyone. Tried calling the phone number but never actually able to talk to anyone

Ordered my first pair of glasses from here…. The processing time was quick. Although I purchased what I guess is considered a "premium" brand being Prada… my glasses came in a broken box with no cleaning cloth. So I had to purchase one.

I looked online and found USA glasses. Was skeptical because of the price being so high, but once the came I could see the quality. Didn't take much time to input my prescription. Worked out really well and I'm looking forward to using my new prescription swim goggles this summer.
I have used Glasses USA before and have never had a problem. Their website is easy to navigate. They keep you updated on when the glasses are in the process of being made and when they are shipped. I would definitely use them again.
The process to choose and buy a pair of glasses was quick. I have to wear them for a while to see if they were worth it. I also believe I ordered two types of the same frame, one with blue tinted lenses and one without but I think they sent both with blue tints. Not sure if this is a plus or not yet.
The frames seem like they're decent, but I didn't get this set for the frames. I got it to have a driving pair with magnetic sunglasses and night driving attachments. Neither of the magnetic attachments sit flush with the frame. They stand off the frame about a half centimeter at the midpoint, warping my vision. They also don't hold onto the frame very well. A small bump and they fall off. Not good for any sort of use.

Once my wife got her prescription, I went online and shopped from the many choices offered. I found some Versace frames, input the lens info and done! Glasses arrived in Versace packaging with a case and two cleaning cloths. Very happy with my purchase. My wife loves her glasses and she sees very well with them.
Yea, terrible customer service. I purchased a pair and they were too small. I sent them back and ordered a different pair. They arrived with the wrong prescription and went back again. This time the frames were out of stock and I had to settle for a different pair. When they finally arrived, the reading part of the lenses (progressives) was so far down that I can't read with them. They are now refusing to fix them because I had already sent them back twice! Now I have a $400 pair of glasses that are useless to me!

First time ordering from GlassesUSA… pros… United States based so order arrived in a little over two weeks and didn't get lost in customs 😳. Customer service so far have been friendly and eager to help. Cons…. I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses with progressive lenses and paid the extra $15 for the added darkness and much to my dismay they showed up with clear blue lenses on them, can't even call them sunglasses. On top of lenses the frame felt very cheap so sent them back, disappointed in a $250 pair of sunglasses.
I paid for glasses I never received and despite several attempts to contact the company and even speaking to a service agent who said they would look into it…nothing has happened
Very frustrated especially since my husband had no issues with his order

Regular sunglasses were fine, had prescription glasses done in the past few months turned out pretty good for the most part, had to send back a pair of distance /polarized that were defective, still haven't received them back yet, hope they are fixed and as good as my others have been in the past.
I was waiting for these frames to come back in stock. Finally they did and they look just as good as the first time I got them. The lenses are crystal clear.
It was not the easist thing I have ever done.' Had probelms with the uploading my perscription.
Had to be sent 3 times
Also have my Eye Dr check the lens against my perscription and found the lens were not made to my prescription exactly, but Dr suggested keep them and if they bothered me any more he would have them remade at his office.

Found what I was looking for quickly and now that they've arrived I'm very happy. I've ordered from here more than once and each time have had the same experience. Tracking says it shipped and then gives no update for a week or so, which is frustrating.
The glasses are amazing and I'm enjoying the frames. Unfortunately these took way longer than I was told and the lens aren't genuine Oakley which is disappointing. Probably won't order again for these reasons.

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
